On a fresh midsummer afternoon, embraced by the scent of blossoms floating across his windowsill on the warm, crisp wind, the ill college student Li YueYing passed away without saying goodbye to his hardworking parents. He awoke to Purgatory, where God gave him a mission: Become the villain of this story! Bully the evil 'Protagonist' and teach him the ways of the light! Once you've completed your mission, I'll send you back to see your parents a final time. A system greeted him as he landed in the new world: [ Good morning, Mr. Li YueYing! (*´▽`*) ] The cheery electronic voice echoed through YueYing's head, and his heart grew suspicious. Why would God tell him to do evil? That's when he realized... The System was not God. It was the devil. --- Danmei (Boy's Love), please proceed with caution. Evil System, 1v1, NPC x Forced Villain, 'Protagonist' x System, Happy Ending YueYing thought he found the 'Protagonist.' But when he asked the System for confirmation, he got a mocking laugh in response. [ This isn't bad either, Mr. Li. ] He turned, quaking, to the librarian NPC he'd pushed into a shelf, who stared at him with dangerous eyes.
Hello everyone!
Thank you so much for supporting 12 chapters of The System Turned Him into the Villain.
Now, as you've likely read from the title, I will be suspending the production of this series.
When I created the series, I put no thought into the plot or the characters; I was trying writing out to see if I could write a series without any proper planning. Obviously, this failed. While I enjoyed writing for YueYing and the rest of the cast, before I continue, I believe I should flesh out his plotline and story.
While this may come as a disappointment to many of you, here's an aspect to look forward to:
With the halting of this production, I'll be able to bring to you stories which are planned out and have coherent plotlines. I look forward to writing them, and I hope you'll enjoy reading.
A bit of a hint for my 'first' official novel, which will debut on August 24th:
How does a supernatural enemies-to-lovers sound?
Once again, thank you so much for all of your support. If you have any concerns or words for me, please comment them below.
All the best,
