Brown scales covered Freya from head to toe, before the energy of fire permeated them, turning them orange. At first glance, the scales were identical to those on the fire salamander, but smaller. However, a closer look would reveal that they were only a basic imitation and nowhere near the real thing in terms of pure defense.

Still, Freya managed to bridge that gap with the help of her aura. The bright glowing scales on her body turned bright red as they were reinforced by her aura. Now, facing the giant lizard, Freya brandished her sword before rushing forward with great speed.

Her aura reserves had already recovered in the past several hours, meaning she could put them to good use. As such, her sword, her body, and the armor spell, all were enhanced by the red energy, increasing their power.
