"Look!" Margaret suddenly pointed to a man leaning lazily on a military car. She moved closer to Mia and whispered in her ear, "Mom, look! That's Captain Jean Carlos. He looks even more robust than he did on screen. Oh my god, he's looking at us."
Mia Bradford turned and saw a man in his early thirties. He wore a military sleeveless shirt that showed off his well-developed biceps, camouflage pants, army boots, and black sunglasses. A Cuban cigar hung from his mouth, unlit. He stood at a towering height of 6'7".
"Just so-so! Not even worth comparing to my handsome son," Mia muttered, snorting as she caught his eyes roaming over her.
Captain Jean turned his head towards them and saw Mia Bradford checking him out. He took the cigar out of his mouth and started scanning her body. Mia was stunningly beautiful in her tight jeans and yellow shirt that exposed part of her chest and cleavage.
"What a hot chick! She's totally my type. Huh, this guy is lucky to have someone this stunning," Captain Jean thought to himself before moving toward them.
"Bobby Bradford, we meet again. Welcome to Dwarka!" Captain Jean spoke in a British accent and raised his right hand towards Bobby.
"Hello, sir. How have you been?" Bobby asked and shook his hand.
"Never been better," Captain Jean replied and then turned to look at Mia, Jeremy, and Margaret. "Are they all your family?"
"Yes, sir. This is my uncle and aunt. And she is their daughter, Margaret White," Bobby introduced them.
Captain Jean walked up to Jeremy and Mia and shook Jeremy's hand first. "Hello, I am Jean Carlos."
"I am Jeremy Bradford," Jeremy replied.
Captain Jean then shook Mia's hand.
"Hello!" He greeted him with a charming smile.
"Um! Hello, you can call me Mia." She replied with a warm smile.
Then, they released their hands.
Margaret White rushed toward him, shook his hands, and said, "Hi! I am a big fan of yours. Sir, it is because of you we can colonize this place."
"Oh! About that, someone closer to you has already contributed more than me," Captain Jean said as he released their hands. Margaret was confused by what he said.
"Alright, everyone gets inside the car. I will take you to your new home," Captain Jean instructed.
Bobby and Jeremy started putting their belongings in the back of the car. Captain Jean also helped them.
Margaret came closer to Mia, folded her hands around her arms, and whispered in her ear, "Mom, this guy is really humble. He will always be my number one fan."
After a while, they all got into the military car. Captain Carlos started flying the car into the air and quickly accelerated. The sky of Aphrodite city was filled with flying cars. All the vehicles had traffic safety AI, so accidents rarely happened in the city.
"Hah!" Jean sighed and thought to himself, 'She is so hot. Too bad she is already married. Otherwise, I would hit on her and date her once or twice before my bachelor party.'
After a few minutes, the military car landed in a beautiful house. They all came out and took their belongings from the back of the car.
"Lad, I will come tomorrow morning to take you to our military base. You need to be ready by then," Captain Jean Carlos reminded him. Then, he took out four cards and gave them to him.
"These are the only keys to this house," he said.
After that, he bid them farewell and got into the military car. The car quickly flew up into the air and left the place.
"Alright, let's go inside the house," Jeremy said. They entered the house.
"Wow!" Margaret exclaimed with excitement. "Are we really going to live in this place from today onward?"
Late at night, Jeremy and Mia were alone in their bedroom. They were arranging their things in the room.
"Mia, when did you find out about the relationship between Margaret and Bobby?" Jeremy asked suddenly.
"I don't know exactly, but I had a hunch about their feelings for each other two years ago," Mia replied. "At first, I thought it was just a close relationship between siblings. But they seem to have more advanced feelings than that."
"Mia, I'm against them being together. They are siblings, after all," Jeremy said firmly.
"Jeremy, you're always so old-fashioned. For God's sake, you know that they're not related by blood at all. We didn't even change Margaret's family name when we adopted her. The kids are deeply in love. They don't even know it themselves. This time, we need to support them, okay?" Mia said.
Jeremy nodded. Then he turned his back and said, "If they like each other deeply, as you say, then I will turn a blind eye this time."
