Supernatural academy, here I come

Aurora's Pov

I tried reading but I couldn't concentrate, my mind kept going back to what happened last night.i sighed "I should definitely think of something to make him change his mind about me attending the academy". I thought to myself. I'm currently in my room coming up with various strategies to make my Dad change his mind about me attending the academy but I immediately discard that plan cause knowing the kind of person my father is, there is no way out. "Well it's official my life just made a turn for the worst" I said to myself before sighing again for the hundredth time today. 

"Yo princess I heard you would be leaving the kingdom to go to the so famous academy" my best friend Brenna said while giggling after staring at my sulking face. "Don't be mean Brenna, stop making fun of our sulking best friend" my other best friend kaida said while chuckling obviously being sarcastic as always.

"If you guys aren't going to help then could you atleast shut up" I snap at them "sorry" they both said in unison realizing I was in a bad mood. "But you know there's nothing we can do" kaida said and I had to agree with her cause she's right. I sighed heavily before saying "supernatural academy here I come"



"And where have you two been for the past few days?" I asked. "The last time I saw you two was five days ago, so where have you been"



"Actually we went to the earth's dragon kingdom that's why you haven't been seeing us" kaida replied



"Why? What for?" I asked



"Brenna thought she saw her mate and she said he's an earth dragon....." kaida said



"Well that's amazing" I exclaimed while cutting her off.



"Well it is but do you know what isn't?" She asked 



"No, what?" I asked



"After going to the earth's dragon kingdom and searching for five days we didn't even see a sign that her mate was there" kaida said in an annoyed voice. "Makes me feel she didn't actually see her mate and just wanted to waste my time"



"I did" Brenna objected. "I smelt his scent but before I could reach where he was, he was already gone and the only thing I knew was that he is an earth dragon"



"Well if you said you saw him then you'll eventually meet again" I said to her.



"Yh I hope so" she said. "So when will you be leaving"



I sighed before replying "tomorrow" 



"Well we are both going to miss you" Kaida said while Brenna nods in agreement.



"Yh me too I don't want to go but I don't have any choice"



"That's true but you would be more powerful and maybe you can find your kind to help you control your powers better" Kaida said.



"Well I guess that's true" I agreed



"And you would meet new people and make new friends" Brenna said while beaming



I wonder what makes her always happy and cheerful and did I forget to mention that she's an optimist, well she is. She somehow always see the positive side of every situation. "I'm not sure about that Brenna" I told her.



"Well I'm sure of it" she said while grinning "And maybe you can find your mate there"



"Argh" I groaned loudly. "Could you please stop talking about a mate that does not exist"



"Nope cause we aren't sure you don't have a mate and I'm positive you do" she said still grinning.



"Of course you are Brenna, of course you are" I said while rolling my eyes and I couldn't help but ask upon seeing her still grinning widely "Brenna don't your gum and your jaw ever hurt from grinning so widely "



"Nope" she answered smiling. 



"Well atleast she isn't grinning anymore" I said to myself. "Ok since you guys are here, could you please help me in arranging my stuff" I asked them 



"Sure" they both said.



"Ok let's go" I said while walking to my closet.



"Aurora" I looked back to see kaida calling me



"What?" I asked



"You know you shouldn't be mad at your Dad right?" She asked 



"Yh" I said not wanting to talk about this.



"He only wants the best for you" she continued 



"Sure" I said. "Now can we go and start packing"



"Sure"



After some hours of packing we were finally done "finally, we're done" I said. "I thought we were going to sleep here".



"We??" Kaida asked 



"Yh we" I said while smiling



"Nope, definitely not we, as far as I can remember you didn't do nothing you just sat down there stuffing your face with chips" she said 



"I was hungry" I said while pouting.



"And who's fault is that" she asked "you were the one who refused to have breakfast ". Well I have got to agree with her cause she is right.



After some time they left promising to come back to see me off at the airport tomorrow.

Finally alone I couldn't help but wonder how the supernatural academy would be. "I hope it isn't that bad" I said to myself before sighing and going to sleep
