John Calling out in pain got the attention of the Nurse outside and she came in to check on him now that he was awake. She was beautiful with long Black hair, Long legs, and her Nurses uniform just finished that look off.

"How are you feeling Mr Walker, you have been out cold for a few hours'" Replying " I feel a lot better know thank you Nurse, when can I go?, I don't want to spend the rest of my Birthday in here"

"OH, it's your Birthday, I am so sorry all this happened to you, just let me give you a quick check up and if everything is okay you can go celebrate with your Girlfriend, and your Friends"

John was about to reply when the system Chimed "DING" First task initiated, Reward depends on how well it goes "TASK Get the pretty Nurse to give you a kiss for your Birthday, Penalty nil on this one, Just practice" John was amused by this task but he decided to give it ago

He gave the Nurse the go ahead with the checkup while she was examining his body he was getting a little hot, Due to her running her hands over him. John decided tell her that he no longer had a Girlfriend as he caught her cheating which is how he ended up in here in the first place.

The nurse finished her examination and told him he could sit up. Then she looks up at him with Sad eyes and said " I am so sorry no one should have to go through that especially on their Birthday, you are free to go when you are ready, If there is anything you need just ask"

Thinking about it John said while looking at the Nurse. "Well there is something I would like but I am not sure you will be willing to give it me" Looking at John with curiosity in her eyes " what is that exactly, Mr Walker?" John smiled at her and Said " A Birthday Kiss to help mend my Broken Heart."

Shocked by the request the Nurse just stared at him for a minute making her decision she walked towards John who was siting on the edge of the bed. He was not sure what to expect but he was pleasantly surprised when she said " That is the most interesting request I have ever gotten,  I don't Normally go around Kissing people I just met, but under the circumstances and since it is your birthday and as long as you don't tell anyone, I will grant your wish"

Smiling John nodded while leaning forward, then the Nurse whose name was Ruby smashed her lips on John. Reacting to the Kiss john wrapped his hands around her waist while her hands went up around his neck deepening this kiss. 

What Started as a request for kiss turned into a rather intense Make out session which was unexpected. After an unknown amount of time they pulled apart needing to breath. Staring at each other not knowing what to say. John broke the silence by saying " That was the best Birthday Present I have ever gotten thank you Nurse Ruby" Ruby Blushed not knowing what got into her. Saying"it was my pleasure, Happy Birthday John" 

  About to leave the room John turned around looked at Ruby and said " I May just have to get sick more often, have a good night Ruby" Then he left before she could say anything.

  Just as John stepped out of the Building the system Chimed again 'DING' " Task Completed in a spectacular fashion. Congratulations you are awesome. System reward is being calculated."

  John decided to head back to his Room and have A Shower before deciding what to do next. When he entered his room His roommate was not home. Just as he closed the door the System informed him of his reward " Host reward for first completing first task is a Diamond Membership for Morningstar Hotel, and 1000 points.

Points have been transferred please relax and bear with it.  For the next 5 Minutes John body felt really uncomfortable his body was heating up and sweating profusely. But then it was over.
