One fine day , he learnt that Jessica was in love with him after having read her diary .He decided to marry her as per the tradition.

At this, his parents were relieved .

As time passed Jessica learnt that her beloved ,was a gay and he refused to love her.

He married her only for parental pressure to get married to someone.

Jessica felt like a scape-goat in this.
