Battle in City of Desert Part 3

After hearing his words, no one including Branch decided to become a coward.

They knew that this was their only chance.

As for what happens if they fail, nobody thought about it.

They all knew that this was the only chance they got.

'It seems like everyone still decided to follow me.'

Shin couldn't help but rejoice when he saw their decision.

Although he wanted them to follow him, he didn't want to force them since it would only create a conflict.

It is said seeing is believing.

That's why he wanted them to follow him.

Once they see him defeating that bandit boss, they will definitely help him increase his Prestige.

As they walked toward the City Lord House, they noticed a loud sound coming from the house.

He didn't even have to look back to know that these people behind him were angry.

He walked in front of the door and raised his leg.

With a single kick, he destroyed the door and walked in.

As he walked in, the sound inside the hall became smaller and smaller until they could only hear his footsteps.

Of course, he was followed by Hina, Barry, and John.

As for those people, Shin didn't allow them to fight since he still needed them to spread his fame.

In the battle, he can't be careless so it would be much of a hassle if he gets distracted by them.

"Punk, who are you? Do you know the consequences of destroying my door?" The man sitting at the main chair spoke with anger in his eyes.

On his lap, there was a beautiful girl with blonde hair.

She was also staring at Shin and his group with strange eyes.

Shin stared back and said.

"My name is Shin. I heard there was a coward living in this city so I decided to check it out. Fight me, coward!"

As he said, he raised his hand and signaled the man to fight him.

Although Shin was saying him a coward in order to infuriate him, he had another reason behind it.

In his eyes, anyone who abuses his power on innocent people is a coward.

Strong people never abuse their power over the weak. They simply ignore them.

Good or evil wasn't a concept in his eyes. Only weak and strong.

If you are strong, even if you kill thousands of people for a reason is justice.

But, if you kill thousand of innocent people without any reason, then you are weak.

"Bastard, I don't care who you are. Kill him for me!"

The man didn't attack immediately. He simply raised his hand and shouted.

Hearing his words, those bandits on the ground immediately raised their weapons and shouted.

"Kill him!"

There were nearly fifty people inside the building.

All of them were using sharp weapons so they were quite deadly in the eyes of ordinary people.

But for people like Shin, they were quite weak.

No Qi, no abilities, no talent, just pure number!

"Just the people without any power. Let me handle them."

Barry slowly walked out but Hina immediately held his hand and said.

"You have already shot before, let me shoot this time."

Hina and Barry started bickering without even caring about those people.

Their conflict was so confusing that even those enemies paused in confusion.

Seeing them stopping like fools, that man immediately shouted.

"Rock! Paper! Scissor!"

The next second, Hina jumped in excitement.

"Hehe! I won. This time, it's my turn to fight."

Barry who lost in Rock, Paper, Scissors started drawing circles on the ground.

"Is this really alright?" John stared at them with a speechless expression.

He leaned closer to Shin and asked.

"Isn't it good? They are extremely excited for the battle."

Even Shin was surprised by their excitement.

He wasn't angered by their bickering instead he found it really funny.

Although they had their own difference, they had the similar goal now.

They wanted to help him as much as they can.

He also understood this but he didn't have a way to help them.

But since battle could help them get stronger, it was good that they took the first step to get stronger.

"Bastards, don't ignore us!"

The bandits couldn't help but get angry.

They immediately swung their swords at Hina but before they could touch them, a red barrier appeared around her.

"This is my enhanced version of Magnus Shield. I call it 'Absolute Agni Shield'."

It was a thin layer but when those swords touch that, they started melting.

The extreme temperature of the shield was enough to melt metal in a single touch.

Those bandits backed away in panic.

"Ability? No wonder you dare to find me." The bandit boss stood up from the chair in shock.

The blond beauty on his lap almost fell to the ground.

He stared at the red shield around Hina and muttered. His eyes were full of killing intent.

God gave him an unexpected but amazing ending, how could he let others ruin it?

Now, there was not a single Police in the entire region. Although he started from this city, soon, he would capture every other village and city without powerful families and rule them.

This was his plan.

But now, someone came in front of him just to ruin it. How could he accept such a thing?

But, he wasn't an idiot.

He knew that underestimating his enemy would be his biggest weakness so he send his underlings to fight so that he can figure out his enemy's ability.

It's just that his true enemy hasn't even shown a single move but his underlings were already scared to move.

This made him extremely angry.

"You idiots, why are you just standing there? She is one. There are fifty of you. Just use whatever weapon you can to drag her down."

When those bandits heard his angry voice, they were extremely afraid.

Outside the house, those people who were watching the battle burst into exclamation.

They were shocked by the destructive power of her punch.

Nearly one-third of those bandits were blasted by her attack.

But, it didn't end there.

She pulled her hand together. Her wrists collided and her palm opened up.

The crimson light emerged from her palm and a small fire burst out.

It condensed into a powerful blast of crimson light that struck the remaining bandits.

This time, the explosion was even bigger.

It blasted the walls around them and the entire ceiling started falling over them.

Hina, Barry, and John quickly got out of the building.

Only Shin stood without any intention of leaving.

After the entire ceiling collapsed, people started searching for Shin.

Unexpectedly, he was still standing in the same position without any injuries on his body.

But, Shin wasn't alone.

In front of him, there was a large green substance that was extremely hard.

But, from the surface, it looked like plastic.

He didn't understand the ability which made Shin frown.

Suddenly, the hard green substance instantly became soft and moved to the side.

It didn't look anything like hard plastic now.

From there, the bandit boss slowly stood up.

He raised his palm and the size of that substance changed.

It turned into a ball and returned to his palm.

The bandit boss raised his head toward Shin.

His eyes showed an extremely ferocious expression as he clenched his fist, squeezing the green substance around his hand.

"Since you bastard wants to die, let me send you to hell!"
