Terror
"Is Julien coming?" Marc asked with all the awkwardness that didn't go away.
Thea shook her head. Her forehead even frowned. "Julien will call when he's coming," she answered.
For five seconds, Thea and Marc exchanged worried looks. The two of them were suspicious of the person who kept on ringing from outside, even though they knew that entering the villas was not easy. However, all the doubts they had concluded evaporated when the door opened, and they found an officer in an all-white uniform carrying cardboard filled with groceries.
For a moment, Thea almost forgot that last night she called the villa management, asking them to buy groceries after Thea transferred some money.
Marc accepted the cardboard box from the officer's hand after thanking him for being willing to meet their needs while at the villa.
