Flirting
Amaia sat quietly in the car while stealing a few glances from Adriann, who was still busy on his phone. She really wanted to start a light conversation with him or ask how his day was, but seeing his grim face, she decided against it. She was determined to avoid receiving another unnecessary reprimand.
"Adriann." Amaia called his name in confusion when she noticed the car heading in another direction, which wasn't their shared apartment.
"What?" He asked, casting her a small glance and not looking at her properly.
"Are we going somewhere else?" She bit her lips before asking, sounding a little curious.
"You will see." He answered nonchalantly as he finally looked at her properly. However, his reply made Amaia sigh. She wanted to know right at that moment.
