CHAPTER 2!!!! RUN AWAY

It's Monday morning.... Tina doesn't have a phone so the chicken beside her neighbour's house is her alarm. once the chicken start shouting at dawn she wakes up, not minding the time , she believes it's morning already.

she woke up, brushed her teeth, wore her uniform and was set for school, she tied her up and left some to fall beside her beautiful face, when she looked at the mirror, she was surprised and couldn't recognise herself. she smiled and said success high school here I come...

she ate bread with boiled egg and drank 3 glasses of water and then left the house.

I've been standing here for 20 minutes and there is no bus I'll just jog to school. I noticed someone jogging beging me so I hastened my steps because everywhere was still dark, I didn't turn to look at his face but when I noticed he was getting closer and closer, I started running until I got to the school gate then I noticed the person followed me, I was like.... Finally the devil that killed my parents is coming after me. I ran to the backyard and then I noticed nobody was following me again. I sat on the bench and looked around and noticed I was the only one around.

So I sat on the bench and was picking my nails... when I noticed people are starting to enter the school I came out and waited at the gate for my friend to come, when I saw her come out if the car I ran to meet her then we hugged each other for a while. She took me to meet the class director and the man looked at me and said "Aren't you the girl that didn't answer any questions at all, I wonder what you are doing among humans" I just rolled my eyes nit minding him and I told him to show me my class which he did.

when I entered I was asked to introduce myself, but when I looked the students in the class I couldn't say a word everyone was starting at me with questioning eyes. then I started stammering my.. my.. my name is Ti...ti...ti... Tina e....e...e...e...e.. vans. every one started laughing at me I felt embarrassed but got over it quickly. I went to my sit and sat down, and put my head on my table. Emilia came to me with a lunch box and said she brought it from home for me.... when i opened the plate it was french fries and chicken with Ketchup..... I started mounting in it immediately I've used all my strength to run from that person following me or let me say the person I thought was following me.

Little did I know that all eyes was on me, even Emilie couldn't take her eyes off me, she was staring at me in shock... well I don't blame her that's the first time she'll see me eating anything.

I didn't mind the gazes, I finished the food and drank the whole bottle of water I stood up and hugged Emily and then sat on my chair with my head on the desk not minding anyone.

then the teacher came in and asked everyone to settle down he introduced himself as Mr Hunter and he'll be taking us mathematics. I hated mathematics I wish I could run away from the class. Then the teacher started teaching and everyone was really concentrating while I was dozing off. At a point I couldn't bear it so I excused myself from the class and went to the backyard I sat before.... Finally!! I said I can breathe then I noticed some footstep immediately I stood up them the person started running towards me. well.... I didn't see the person but I could feel someone running and it was towards where I was immediately I stood up and ran away.

Unfortunately for me I ran into the principal and I was asked why I wasn't in class, he didn't even allow me explain he took me to the disciplinary room and asked that I be placed under detention for two hours after school. serving punishment on my first day of school.... I never thought of that.

I was in the detention room when Emilia came in and asked me what happened I told her and she was like she's sorry that the principal is really really strict. I nodded my head in agreement, she said she won't be able to wait with me because she has to go home for family dinner, I nodded my head and hugged her. I smiled at her and when she left I sat back on my chair crying silently at least someone is expecting her at home unlike me...even if I don't go home in days nobody will think of me....

I was still in the detention room when the door suddenly opened I jumped up from my chair ready to run when I heard a voice saying " You really love running away don't you?"
