While Naruto was sleeping…
He found himself in a sewer-like place with a huge gate in front of him, he wondered 'Where is this?'
He heard a menacing voice "Yo, Naruto…"
Startled, he replied looking around "Who are you? Where are you?"
The voice chuckled, "I'm the being trapped inside you. With your intellect, I'm sure you already know the moment I said the previous sentence."
"Nine-tailed fox." he replied with cautiousness
He chuckled again and said "Sure enough. I've watched you grow."
Naruto replied while pretending to be angry "You bastard! You're peeping on me!"
"What can I do? I'm sealed inside you. What you see is what I see."
Naruto chuckled "Anyway, this place is inside me right?"
"To be exact it's your mindscape?" The nine-tailed fox appeared near the gate talking to Naruto
"This place? My mindscape? This place is like a sewer. How is that possible?" Naruto snorted
"Well, this place has been created since your birth so the form is its basic form."
"I see…" Naruto replied as he tried to create a chair beside him with his thoughts "It worked."
"Leave already you little bastard." The nine-tailed fox said angrily
Naruto sat down and replied "I would have already done that if I knew how."
He continued "You've been lonely inside here, you can talk with me."
"Why would I talk with a little brat." The nine-tailed fox snorted
"Well, for starters I apologize."
The nine-tailed fox looked at Naruto in surprise before he asked "Why'd you apologize?"
Naruto replied "At first, I thought you were a mindless beast akin to animals but now that I'm talking to you, it looks like you do have a conscious mind. I'm sure, what the first Hokage, Senju Hashirama did by forcefully catching every tailed beast and gifting it to other countries disrupted your peace. Based on the history, you guys never participated in the war before the villages were started. Meaning that you guys were just minding your own business and Hashirama was dumb for capturing you guys and giving you guys to his enemy countries."
The nine-tailed fox chuckled "Normally, I wouldn't want to hear that guy's name but hearing you insult him, feels good. Do more."
"Sure, Hashirama was stupid. In what world will giving strong chakra beasts as weapons to enemies be keeping peace? That was a dumb move."
"HAHAHAHA! Hashirama was indeed a fool!" The nine-tailed fox hadn't had such a laugh in quite a while.
"Anyway, before we continue talking I'll change this place first." Naruto changed his mindspace into a grassy land with clear blue skies. "Much better."
"Indeed, but staying trapped in such a place is really something I could never get used to even if I stayed in such a place for about a hundred years." The nine-tailed fox conversed with Naruto like he was talking with a long time friend.
Naruto chuckled and said "I'm studying Fuinjutsu, When I'm much stronger to beat the shit out of you, I'll free you. I'll make sure you can't do anything to my village before setting you free."
"HAHAHAHAH! As expected of you, always being so cautious." The nine-tailed fox laughed loudly. He was interacting with Naruto like this because unlike his previous jinchuuriki, Naruto had a different world view than everyone despite being young."
Naruto sighed and replied with a chuckle "It's not like I can be carefree in such a dangerous world, you know? Look what happened, you guys got captured."
"You fool! I just let my guard down!" The nine-tailed fox retorted in anger
"That's the thing, you let your guard down thinking no one will ever be stronger than you because of the power you hold. Look what happened. Fool!" Naruto insulted
The nine-tailed fox sent a claw attack in the gate in front of Naruto in anger, sending a powerful wind in Naruto's direction. "I'll kill you for insulting me, if I get out of here!"
Naruto smiled with confidence as he looked at the nine-tailed fox that was angry in the opposite direction of the gate. "That's impossible, the day I release you is the time…" stopped and continued as he exuded his presence into his words "I'm the strongest!"
The nine-tailed fox was taken aback for a bit with his anger being dispersed by Naruto's words then laughed "HAHAHAHAHA! I look forward to that day!"
Naruto chuckled in reply "Well… I look forward to it too."
"It's Kurama." The nine-tailed fox grinned
"What? Kurama?" Naruto asked in confusion
"It's my name, you bastard!" Kurama looked at Naruto in anger for pretending to be confused
"Hahahaha! Alright, Alright! Sorry. I just didn't expect you guys to have names. I'll be counting on you to lend me your chakra, in times I need help, Kurama." Naruto laughed then smiled while he looked at Kurama straight to the eyes.
Kurama snorted, then looked away replying, "What makes you think, I'll lend you my chakra?"
Naruto cheekily replied while he smiled "A hunch." Naruto's feet started to disappear starting from his feet "It looks like I have to go, I'll see you later, Kurama."
"Tsk! Yeah, yeah. Go away, you little bastard."
"What? Are you lonely? Can't bear to part with me?" Naruto teased
"Get the fuck out!" Kurama screamed angrily as he smashed his claws in the cage again
"Hahahaha! Anyway, It's nice meeting you, Kurama." Naruto smiled sincerely.
Kurama just snorted and went into a sleeping pose as he watched Naruto disappear 'I feel his presence in you… it's so familiar…'
…
"Naruto, Wake up." Sakura said, trying to wake up, Naruto.
"Hmm…?" Naruto said as he struggled to open his eyes then smiled "Good morning, Sakura-chan."
Sakur blushed and shook her head to get ahold of herself before she replied "It's time. After breakfast, we're going to the bridge."
Naruto jumped from his futon like he was standing on his feet and backflipped to stand up before replying "Alright!"
Sasuke snorted while watching Naruto "Show off."
Naruto simply chuckled in reply and went towards the dining area "Good morning, Everyone."
Inari who was eating replied happily with his mouth full "M-ornfdg, Niichan!"
Naruto sighed "Don't talk with your mouth full."
Inari following Naruto's instruction nodded, signalling his reply.
Tazuna "Good morning, Naruto."
Kakashi "Good morning."
Tsunami "Good morning, Naruto. Everyone sit down so I can prepare your food."
Naruto nodded "Thank you. Tsunami-san."
Sakura followed with "Thanks for the food!"
Sasuke just nodded while sitting down.
Kakashi then said "Now, that all is awake, let's talk about duties."
Team 7 nodded in reply as they ate
"For now, Naruto and I will be the only ones going with Tazuna."
"Eh? Why?" Sakura asked meanwhile Sasuke just listened to whatever he had to say
"You two, Sakura, and Sasuke, continue training. When you can stand in water for 5 minutes you can come with us."
Sasuke nodded "Okay… I'll surpass Naruto in that time."
Naruto asked "What about me? Sensei? I don't know how to walk on water."
Kakashi explained "It's simply tree walking but on water that requires more delicate chakra control. Considering you can already do Fuinjutsu flawlessly, your chakra control is top-notch. You could walk on water already, it's just that you haven't tried yet."
Inari praised and insulted in reply "As expected of Naruto-niichan. He's much better than Sasuke who looks like he would be depressed in the corner."
Sasuke's eyes twitched while looking at Inari and stopped eating
Naruto laughed at Inari's praise "Hahahaha! You're really my little brother, Do more!"
"Of course! This guy is weaker than N…" Then saw Sasuke staring daggers at him so he stood up and hid behind Naruto "Naruto-niichan…"
Naruto chuckled "Don't worry, that guy is just like that but he's like a brother to me. He doesn't mean harm."
Inari replied "I got it! Naruto-niichan!" and sat down again in his seat looking at Sasuke he apologized "I'm sorry… Sasuke-niichan?"
'Sasuke-niichan? I don't hate the sound of that, I've had an older brother but not a younger one.' Sasuke thought as he smiled
"Naruto-niichan, Sasuke-niichan is smiling."
Naruto headpat Inari replying "Your Sasuke-niichan is a tsundere is happy he got a little brother."
"I see…" Inari continued to consume food.
Looking at this sight, Tazuna and Tsunami happily smiled.
…
"Alright! Now that we're done eating! You two continue with your training, come back when it's dinner time." Kakashi said as he wore his sandals.
Sasuke and Sakura nodded and disappeared from the house
Kakashi then asked Naruto "I forgot to ask because of your convo with Inari, but… what did you mean when you fed the whole country?"
"I meant I fed the whole country literally." Naruto nonchalantly replied
"You did what?" Kakashi asked in disbelief.
"I fed the hungry, I brought a lot of food that can last a week for everyone to eat in one of my [Generic Fuinjutsu.]"
Kakashi sighed and swore he wouldn't be surprise anymore with any of Naruto's action so he asked "Where'd you get the money to buy all that?"
"You know my father right? Sensei? I inherited all of his wealth. What do you think?"
