Naruto asked "How many assistants do you need to make enough food fast for everyone on the streets?"
"Um… 4… no… 5 young master. 3 to serve. The food."
Naruto nodded and looked at his clones
They nodded in understanding
"HIRING TWO CHEF'S ASSISTANT FOR THE DAY! SALARY OF 5,000 RYO!!!!"
"HIRING THREE SERVERS FOR THE DAY!!! SALARY OF 3,000 RYO!!"
"LET KIDS AND OLD MAN CUT IN LINE!!! WE HAVE ENOUGH TO FEED EVERYONE!!"
"GIVING FREE FOOD! PLEASE LINE UP IN 3 STRAIGHT LINES!!! I'LL KILL ANYONE WHO DOESN'T FOLLOW!!
The clones immediately got the attention of the people around
"Job?! I know how to cook!"
"I can be a server!"

Chuunin Clone 1 POV…
As they were traveling on three's they were near the luxurious building he then said "Clones 2, 3, 4 look for the place with most troops, make trouble to test their strength, kill if you want. Clones 5, 6, 7 work together to find the treasury room. Clones 8, 9, 10 Find a place where we can infiltrate the place without anyone noticing."
They nodded in reply and went their separate ways.
(A/N: Renaming Chuunin Clone 1 to (Naruto))
(Naruto) Scouted the overall luxurious building and saw an old man walking towards the luxurious building and went near them.
"That damned ninja of Zabuza! He destroyed my hand!"
A boss of the gang following him said as he laughed "I told you, Gatou-san. You shouldn't have hired those two ninjas."
Gatou snorted and replied with a degenerate smile "We can take advantage of them, I don't even plan on paying them."
"Hahahah! As expected of Gatou-san."
"Of course! Why do you think I've reached this far in my career if I'm not scheming. When he's weak after fighting against the ninjas the old man hired, we'll go fight him so we can make sure he can't fight back and he's dead." Gatou said as he laughed
(Naruto) who was watching from the side thought 'hoho… so it's like that. Zabuza might be a strong ninja but these people don't have an inkling of what he can do. These people look like just ordinary people with good weapons. They think they can fight against Zabuza but he'd massacre them all if he wanted. They overestimate themselves. I'll find a good opportunity to hire Zabuza myself. Using Gatou's wealth~ hahaha!'
(Naruto) then received intel as the clones who went to find the treasury room released the jutsu 'As expected of myself. So efficient'
The clones who made trouble with troops too released their jutsu and the memory from them beat the shit of about 30 of the troops in a minute or two. The overall situation is that they have about 300 troops. It won't be that difficult if they all came together, one tunneling wind jutsu against all of them with b-class jutsu chakra can get rid of all of them in one go. Would even kill a lot of them'
(Naruto) then "Release!" *poof* also disappeared from watching Gatou as he already got the information he needed.

Naruto smirked as he received all the info from the clones but heard from the side
"Niichan! Thank you for the food!"
"Niichan! I won't get hungry for the day! Thank you!"
"Young man… Thank you! I won't get hungry for today as well!"
It doesn't matter whether it be young or old, they were thanking Naruto for his generosity.
Naruto patted the head of the kids who were eating food and smiled "No problem! You can eat as much as you want from me until the bridge is built, when that happens your parents can have jobs to feed you."
"Really?! Niichan! You're the best!"
Naruto chuckled
An old man cried at Naruto's generosity and said "Thank you…"
The men and women watching around looked at Naruto with a fond look for what he's doing. They themselves know best how the country was struggling with food right now in Gatou's rule.
Suddenly a group of 5 thugs went their way "What's this?! Where'd you get the food! Give them all to us!"
The people around suddenly got a bad feeling and went away from the trouble "It's them again!"
"They always do this!"
"They also make it hard for us!"
Naruto's genin clones laughed and said "Go away if you don't want to get your bones broken."
The thugs laughed "You'll break our bones?! Hahahaha! Stop joking!"
Naruto's genin clones sighed and one of the hot headed clones ran in front of the thugs
"What?" The leader of the thugs said in shock as he saw Naruto in front of him while he looked down. Naruto's height is not that developed yet but he was so fast.
"You talk too much for someone weak." Naruto's clone chuckled
"You brat!" The leader of the thug said as he tried to kick Naruto in the stomach
Naruto disappeared from the front and kicked the leader of the thugs in the back causing him to fall down.
The leader tried to resist "Get off me!"
The followers said angrily, approaching to try and help their boss. "Get off our leader!"
But they were also pinned down to the ground by the rest of the clones.
The leader said with a grim face as he tried to look at Naruto "Get off me now! Or our boss, Gatou, will not let you off!"
The rest of the people were looking scared by his words but Naruto chuckled "Yeah?" and broke one of his fingers
The rest of the people looking with a pale face
"Arghhhh! I said get off me!" The man screamed angrily at Naruto ignoring the pain from his left arm
"Say sorry for all that you have done." Naruto said as he broke another finger *snap*
"Aghhhhh! Get off me!"
"Ohhh, you're quite tough." Naruto proceeded to break another finger *snap*
"Aghhh!" The man groaned in pain as he felt his three fingers broken
Naruto then broke another finger "Where's the apology?" *Snap*
The man had tears in his eyes as he got more violent in his tone "Get off!"
Naruto sighed "Just apologize… at this rate you'll lose all your fingers." *snap* breaking all the fingers on his left hand.
"No way!" The man said in anger.
Meanwhile, his followers and the people watching around gulped their saliva at Naruto merciless actions.
Naruto stood up and stepped hard on his left hand breaking his bones *crack!*
"Aghhh! I…" The man groaned in pain as he tried to apologize but Naruto didn't let him finish and stepped on his other arm. *crack* "Damn… I forgot to break his fingers before breaking the arm."
"I'm sorry!!!" The man screamed in shame as he cried from the pain he was feeling.
Naruto then said as he stepped on one of his legs *crack* "You're not sincere."
"Aghhhhh! I'm sorry for all the wrong things I've done!" The man shouted his apology with tears in his eyes.
Naruto then crouched in front of the leader with a gentle smile "See? If you apologized sincerely earlier you wouldn't have lost your 3 limbs."
The man with tears looked at Naruto's smile and what he saw was a demon who was smiling at him instead of the gentle smile Naruto was putting on "I-I'm so-sorry, I-I didn't understand earlier…"
"What about you guys?" Naruto smiled gently at his subordinates
They gulped and also screamed "We're sorry!!!!!!" Not intending them to suffer the same fate as their leader.
Naruto sighed and pointed "I feel that guy and that guy is not sincere, break one of their arms!"
The clones stepping on top of their backs nodded and stepped on the left arm of the two subordinates *crack* *crack*
"We're really sorry!!! We won't do it again!"
The citizens of the country watched Naruto's merciless actions and gulped thinking 'Good thing, we didn't cut in line and let the young and old cut in line or that young man might have really killed us.'
"Niichan! You're really strong!" One of the kids looked at the original Naruto with shining eyes.
"Of course, Niichan is really strong or I wouldn't be able to back up my words." Naruto smiled gently at the kids seemingly had not done something merciless
"Can I do that too when I get older?" One of the kids asked in excitement
"Of course! If you train really hard you can do it too. But you can't do it with good people okay? If it's a bad guy, you can kill them if you can." Naruto lectured
"Really? I'll listen to you, Niichan! I will kill bad guys if I can in the future!"
"Good." Naruto praised with a smile as he pat the kids head
The people who looked had their eyes twitch as they saw what Naruto was teaching the kids 'Although you're not exactly wrong but… what are you teaching young kids?'
