Chapter 12- Vice-Admiral Toni's Office.

The interior of Vice-Admiral Toni's Office wasn't very large, The room gave off a relaxed feeling, not at-all what you would expect a Vice-Admiral's Office to look like. The Interior of the Office consisted of Tile-wood flooring, The two wooden chairs Alan and Instructor Gale sat on , A Wooden Desk which

stood in the front of the room a few feet away from the wall behind it, Two medium-sized wooden

plant pots stood in the back, one in the left bottom corner and Another in the right bottom corner, There were also some simple Paintings that were hung on the walls, On the Left side of the wall farthest for the door was a large window which if one looked out of it one could see the docking Bay and the sea lining. Placed dead center on the desk was a Brown Desk Pad, On the Top right corner of the Desk in a upright position stood a Desk Lamp, 4 pens that were neatly placed lay on the left side of the Brown Desk Pad. Painted on the wall behind the Desk was the kanji for "Marines" (海 Kaigun?),

with the Marines symbol in between.

This was all observed by Alan as he and Instructor Gale Seated themselves. The room broke into silence as Alan and Instructor Gale looked at Vice-Admiral Toni. Vice-Admiral Toni fiddled with one of the pens on his desk as he Calmly looked at Instructor Gale and than Alan. Instructor Gale took the initiative to break the silence he turned to Alan and said." Alan let me introduce you, This is the only Instructor of the " Elite Training Camp" Vice-Admiral Toni, I was order to bring you here by him". He Then turned to Instructor Toni and said while pointing to Alan ." Vice-Admiral he is the Genius I told you about in our previous discussion."

Instructor Toni simply nodded. then he turned his gaze to Alan and said." I have known about you for a while young man, I just didn't think you would Improve this much since the time I saw you sparring

in the group C training camp." " It's only been 4 months since you became a Marine Recruit right".

asked Instructor Toni.

" Yes sir, It has only been 4 months." Answered Alan. While trying to remember if he had seen Instructor Toni before. Instructor Toni nodded know what Alan was thinking he asked." You were evenly matched with that fellow named Anderson when I saw your sparring Match, With your strength now he should be completely suppressed by you in a fight I am I right." " Yes sir, that is Indeed true." replied Alan.Realizing that Instructor Toni was there when he Sparred with Anderson back then.

"Hmm..." Instructor Toni nodded. He then asked Alan a few more questions regarding his background and why he Joined the Marines. Alan answered saying that he was from coco Village in Sterns Island,

his Parents died when he was 12 and 3 years later left without money he decided to join the Marines. Instructor Gale who was at the side Listening in on them looked at Alan with pity in his eyes when he heard about him being an orphan, But he soon stopped when thought about how there were many orphans in this world filled with chaos and danger. Alan's parents were lucky that they died naturally of sickness instead of dying to pirates he thought. After Alan answered his Questions Instructor Toni Smiled and said." Alan you truly are an Exceptional Young man I believe you will become a great Marine and make your Parents proud."

"Thank you sir, I will try my best." replied Alan. Thinking that Instructor Toni was a respectable individual. Instructor Toni stood up walked toward the Window Calmly lookout toward the Sealine as if in deep thought. " Instructor Gale Give me Alan's Exam paper for me to look at." He said to Instructor Gale. Instructor Gale took out a piece of paper from Inside of his Marine jacket and walked over to Instructor Toni and gave it to him. Instructor Toni scrutinized the Piece of paper for a while he then

turned to Alan and spoke. " Alan since you have Already Passed the advancement Exam you are able to enter the Elite Training Camp". " That's great sir when can I report to Training." Asked Alan while Grinning in happiness, he finally made it to the Elite Training Camp his first goal had been completed after so long.

" well it's just that the other Recruits In the recruit training camp are about to go on a training Mission so you'll have to wait until they finish to report for training". Said Instructor Toni. " Why can't I join the Training Mission with them." Said Alan. " It's not that you can't, but do you think you powerful enough." Asked Instructor Toni seriously. "I'm sure." Replied Alan very sure of himself. " Well ok the Mission is three days from now, Go and prepare all you need for the trip and report to Docking Bay # 3 in three days." said Instructor Toni. " Yes sir." Said Alan After which he got caught up in his excitement Ran out of the room . But he soon returned with an embarrassed look on his face and Asked Instructor Toni." What will we do during the Training Mission." Instructor Toni shook his head helplessly and said." I was about to tell you that, Before you left so abruptly." " Sorry Instructor I got Carried away." replied Alan while trying to hide his Embarrassment. Instructor Gale looked speechless as well. Instructor Toni let out a Laugh and Said." You young ones have so much energy, Ok Then the training Mission that will start three days from now is meant as a form of field training for the Elite Recruits to training under the threat of death usually the missions are hunting down level 6 Monsters or Bandit groups that cause trouble for the civilian in nearby Islands or even hunting down low level Pirate groups that cause disaster wherever the go. But this time the Mission is a little different the opponent is a Mid level Pirate Group that's been causing trouble in the west blue we estimate due to the many factors that fall into this mission that it will take at least a month for the recruits to resolve it. That's all I can tell you now if you want more information you'll have to wait until the Mission starts." "Ok sir." said Alan he didn't try to dig for anymore Information he was satisfied with just this.

Instructor Toni Sent Alan off and Reminded him to go prepare for the Mission in three days. While he Asked Instructor Gale to stay because he wanted to speak with him. Half an Hour later Instructor Gale walked out of Vice-Admiral Toni's Office deep in thought no could now what they talk about In the room for so long or whether it concerned Alan or not.

Marine Canteen.

After Alan left the Marine Headquarters Building he went to find Jonathan, Kaya and Marcus who were still with Little Black they all went to eat at the Marine Canteen. After finding and table Alan and the others went and ordered food, Jonathan and the other two were not shocked at how Much Alan ate since they have eaten with him before what shocked them was Little Black devouring one Plate after another his eating speed could keep up with Alan's soon they looked like they were having a eating contest. the sound of their chewing reverberate throughout the room soon it turn into a real eating competition with Jonathan and Marcus cheering on Alan and Kaya cheering for Little Black. They Laughed and chatted while Jonathan was making fun of how Alan was just competing with a Animal. Little Black barked and Glared at Jonathan for calling him an Animal then he raised his little head toward the sky proudly which made the rest of group burst out laughing even the Icy cold Kaya was laughing.

After eating Alan's Group left the Marine Canteen and headed for the Barracks where the guys separated from Kaya and head toward the men's Barrack while she went toward the women's Barracks. Little Black naturally followed Alan back to the Men's Barracks, After entering the Guys

chatted for a while Alan told them he joined the "Elite Training Camp" Which really caught them by surprise, After chatting for a while seeing that it was getting late they decide to head to bed.

Alan didn't go to sleep he went and sat cross legged on his bed and entered a meditative state soon after to calm his mind a little trick he learned from always entering his Mind Palace. After Calming down he entered the Space in his Mind Palace and before him stood the Valeria stone. After seeing the Valeria Stone a shocked expression appeared on his face, But soon his expression went from one of shock to one of unsurpassable glee.
