When He's Smarter I'll Gladly Teach Him.

"Huh?"

As Rebecca's words traveled through the air, a look of surprise flashed across Adrian's face as he stared at the 'child' in front of him.

'Keep calm, keep calm. Deep breaths.' Adrian thought as he stared at Rebecca with furious eyes. If Adrian hadn't been able to suppress his anger, he might've punched Rebecca.

Whether Adrian was able to let her insult slide because he was able to control his anger or because Rebecca could one-shot him no one knew except for Adrian.

"Could you please clarify?" Liz politely responded not angered in the slightest by Rebecca's words. Since she wasn't the one that was insulted and she was an adult, she thought it was best they talked it over before she came to a decision.

"He might not be able to understand what I'm teaching. I suggest you should take him to school before you get a tutor." Rebecca replied ignoring Adrian who was glaring spitefully at her. She wasn't too much of a kid person so she couldn't care any less about how Adrian felt.

'Keep it calm Adrian. She's a girl and a cute one at that.' Adrian said to himself taking deep breaths as he tried his best to keep his budding anger suppressed.

"When he's smarter I'll gladly teach." Rebecca continued not giving Liz a chance to respond.

'We don't insult girls keep your calm Adrian.' Having his features darkened the more he watched her talk, Adrian gritted his teeth as he clenched his fist.

'To hell with it. I'll just have to prove myself to her.' But it was all for not as Adrian's anger gradually seeped out. Even though he was angry, Adrian was still calm.

"Huff..." Adrian exhaled so that he wouldn't end up saying what he didn't want to.

Turning to look at Adrian after staring at the quiet Liz for some time, Rebecca wondered what the four-year-old was about to say.

"How about I prove to you that I'm worthy to be your student." Adrian who was looking at the ceiling to keep himself calm stared directly into Rebecca's eyes.

As a smile blossomed on his face, Adrian coldly said. "If I'm able to gain your recognition you'll be my teacher until I'm ten."

Adrian's voice reverberated through the air as the aura of an adult coated his words. He hated it when someone looked down on him no matter the reason.

"Huh?"

Shocked by how Adrian reasoned, Liz thought that the child in front of her wasn't the sweet four-year-old she was used to but an adult who used a transformation spell.

'How can a child think like this?' Rebecca asked in shock as she looked at Adrian. She was one hundred percent sure that these weren't the words of a child as each letter he spoke radiated deep wisdom.

"So what'd you say?" Adrian asked pulling Rebecca out of her thoughts after she was taking too much time to reply.

"Okay, then no problem," Rebecca said calmly her eyes holding interest as she stared at Adrian.

Hearing her answer, Adrian stood up from where he sat. He took a few steps forward before turning to look at Liz and saying. "Good night Aunt."

Adrian then walked away from the dining room with his hands in his pockets. He was headed towards his room with an angry aura about him.

"I guess we'd continue our talk tomorrow," Liz said after regaining composure.

With Rebecca nodding as a means of reply, Liz stood up from where she was seated before saying. "I'll take you to your room."

"Thanks for letting me stay for the night." Rebecca bowed slightly. She was aware that some people would kick her out after what she said and she was grateful that Liz didn't.

"No problem." Liz had a smile while she began walking towards where Rebecca would sleep.

In his room, Adrian's figure could be seen lying on his bed with a smile on his face.

"I knew it'd work," Adrian said remembering the interested glint in Rebecca's eyes.

His acting the way he did was all just a plot of his so that she'd have a good first impression of him.

Honestly, he was pissed by what she said but he wasn't too pissed since what she was saying was the truth. It would have been best if he had gone to school for about six years before Liz found a teacher for him.

"My first impression was splendid," Adrian said stroking his ego with a smile on his face.

He had resulted to acting pissed as his last card because when he introduced himself he had noticed that she was uninterested and the chances of her outright rejecting to teach him were high. But now, he had managed to make her stay longer and if he could impress her tomorrow she'd have to become his teacher.

"Well, it's time I go to bed," Adrian said closing his eyes as more fantasies flooded his mind.

Who knew she might also become a part of his harem in the future so his first impression has to be splendid.

After about thirty minutes, Adrian fell asleep with his light snores echoing through his room.

About an hour before the Sun had risen, Adrian was already awake as he did some light stretches. This was a part of his daily routine as apart from building his stamina it also helped to increase his flexibility.

Done with his stretches in a few minutes, Adrian took off his clothes as he walked to the bathroom.

It was best he took his bath before the Sun rose since they had a guest and it would be troublesome or that's what Adrian would've said to himself as an excuse if Liz wasn't present.

As he was about to open the bathroom door a smile blossomed on his face as he stared at the transparent blue screen in front of him.

"It's been a while you bastard," Adrian said having the smile on his face become wider the more he stared at the screen.

"Let's see how it goes." Adrian smiled before walking into the bathroom anticipating the results of his and Rebecca's deal.
