Aki is a half demon and the heart he has, was not his. Just like a human it makes a difference to the Jinns as well. Even though Lily had healed it well, the heart needs to work much harder in Aki's body. When his emotions get irregular, his heart creates problems too. 

When he went to Nen, he noticed Nen was still unconscious. Aki looked at Joshua. He was surprised as well. Joshua came inside and touched Nen's forehead. Nobody could see Joshua here. The expression Joshua had was clear to Aki what it meant. Nen is out of his physical body. 

'You guys go back,I will let you know when he regains sense,'Aki said.

Shoma and Sato insisted on staying but Aki didn't allow them. They left when Aki ordered them. When everyone left, Aki and Joshua went out and looked around the hospital. Nen was nowhere.
