"Hailey... Are... You okay?" I asked her. She just gives me a weak smile and then loses consciousness. "I got you!" I said as I caught her and slowly laid her down on the bed. I glanced over at her stomach to see if she was breathing. "Phew! Thank Arceus! The god of all Pokémon, That you're breathing!" I said in relief.

"Hey... Hailey? Can you hear me?" I asked.

"y...u...r...e?" I heard Hikari ask in the distance. Knowing what just happened I focused on his voice. "Hey....ey....ear....e?" Hikari asked again. I could hear him better but still not clear enough. "Hey! Hailey! C....u....hear...me?!" Hikari asked again but it sounded like he was shouting. I focused as as much as I could on his presence. "HAILEY! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!" Hikari shouted out at me. I could hear him and sense where he was but I could't see him. I could feel that he was holding my hand so I squeezed my hand as much as I could. He looked down at my hand then looked over at me again. "Squeeze my hand if you can hear me!" Hikari ordered me. I squeezed his hand again. "Hailey, now try to open your eyes. "Take it slow, don't rush it." Hikari continued. "Mmmh..."
