A couple days later, Mika was in the development studio looking at her new upgrades on her equipment and her costume.
The color and design of the costume were the same, but it has the addition of sleeves on her arms and her legs and the removal of the plating on her upper arms and legs.
The sleeves on her arms and legs were dark purple, connecting to her hero costume and have rough-like edges on the middle of the sleeves.
Mika smiled a bit, "I combined your arm and knee pads with the sleeves so they won't feel out of place." she turned to Mei, "They're also made of a special fiber that stretches when you transform."
Mei pointed to a button on Mika's arm sleeves, "The sleeves on your arms have a special button that creates a shield for them."
Mika looked at the button and pressed; a purple panel showed up, surprising her. Mika smiled, "Amazing." she said; Mei continued, "I also upgraded the Normalizer, the Awakenings, and your tool belt." she said.
Mika tilted her head, "Both the Normalizer and the Awakenings have voice recognitions on them and will only use your voice to activate them, but they can also be activated manually as usual." Power Loader said.
Power Loader held two fingers out, "You can also tell it to double the dose when you use your ultimate move by pressing another button on one of your sleeves." he continued.
Mei pointed to Mika's belt, "As for the tool belt, it has two gadgets that enable you to turn them into weapons and stores the serums for the Normalizer and the Awakenings." she said.
Mika smiled and bowed to them, "Thank you, Power Loader-sensei and Hatsume." she said; they nodded as she left the studio.
Mika looked at her new equipment and smiled while walking towards Ground Gamma, "Hey Mika." she turned around and saw Koji with his upgrades.
Koji's hero costume was the same, except for the change in shoes, a back brace with white straps on his shoulders, and a mask covering his face. Mika smiled a bit, "I'm guessing the mask is the gadget that enhances your Quirk." she said.
Koji nodded, "I'm glad that you have something that can help you with your Quirk." Mika continued. Mika looked a little down and rubbed the back of her neck, "However, it's a little upsetting." she said. Koji tilted his head, "How come?" he asked.
Mika looked at Koji with a grin, "I don't get to see your cute face." she said in a teasing tone. Even though Koji's face was covered with the mask, Mika could tell he was blushing, "D-Don't say things like that!" he shouted.
Mika giggled and smiled, "I speak the truth when it's about you." she said. Koji covered his face with his hands embarrassed; Mika laughed and kissed his forehead.
Mika held one of Koji's hand, "Come on, we need to get to Ground Gamma." she said, "We need to work on our Quirks and super moves before the provisional license exam." Koji uncovered his face and slowly nodded, "R-Right..." he said lowly; Mika smiled as they headed to Ground Gamma.
(Small Time Skip)
They entered Ground Gamma and saw the others working on their super moves, Mika smiled a bit, "Alright, let's get to it." she said; Koji nodded as they were heading to their platforms.
"Hey, watch out!" Mika turned her head and saw a cement block falling over All Might; before she could do anything, she saw Izuku in the air.
Izuku kicked the boulder with his Quirk, and the iron soles on his shoes, shocking Mika. After Izuku talked to Denki and Eijiro, Mika and Koji walked towards him, "That was awesome, Midoriya!" she shouted, "Was that your new super move?"
Izuku turned to them and nodded, "Yeah, I call it Full Cowling: Shoot Style." he said. Izuku noticed the changes in their hero costume, "I see that you guys got some upgrades." he continued.
Mika smiled and nodded, "Yep! Not only do the sleeves stretch when I use my Quirk, the ones on my arms help me with defense." she said as she pressed a button on one of her arm sleeves.
Mika's sleeve showed a purple shield panel around her arm, making Izuku smile, "That's so cool!" he shouted. Izuku turned to Koji, "Your gadget is cool too, Koda." he continued, "Something that enhances your Quirk is a smart move."
Koji rubbed his arm and nodded, "That's enough, Class 1-A!" they turned towards the voice and saw Vlad King along with Itsuka and Neito, "Class 1-B is supposed to be using TDL this afternoon."
They looked at them, "It's Class 1-B." Izuku said; Mika was a little annoyed, "Damn it... if this isn't bad timing, I don't know what is." she said lowly.
Mika looked at Neito and noticed he was in a black tuxedo with two long tails, a brown belt and a white belt with three stopwatches on it, a blue and black dotted tie, and white dress shoes, "Hey, have you heard!? About half of those taking the licensing exam fails!" he said.
Neito grinned, "That could mean all of you big shots could fail it!?" he continued. As Neito was laughing, Izuku got a little nervous, "He holds back nothing when it talks about talking trash to us." he said.
Mika placed her hand on her chin, "Though, he has a point." she said, making Izuku turn to her, "We'll be going against people from different schools and know nothing about their Quirks."
Mika looked at Vlad King and Class 1-B, "If we were to go against our school's other hero course students, it'll make things more difficult because they know information about us, but we know nothing about their Quirks." she continued.
Mr. Aizawa nodded, "A correct assumption, but not entirely accurate." he said, making Mika turn to him. Vlad King looked at Mika, "Class 1-A and Class 1-B are registered at different exam sites." he said, "The hero licensing test is held every year at three locations on June and September."
Vlad King looked at them, "In order to avoid competition between students from the same school, it's common practice at all schools to have all classes register separately." he continued.
Mika nodded, "That makes sense." she said; Neito sighed a bit and looked away, "What a shame! I won't get to beat you all with my two bare hands!" he said as he started laughing. Mika looked at Neito, I hate that guy. she thought.
Hanta looked at them, "All schools, huh...?" he said, "It didn't bother me much, but... I guess we're competing with other schools." Izuku nodded, "We're also ahead of our typical licensing schedule." he said.
Mr. Aizawa nodded, "It's uncommon for students in their first years to gain their provisional licenses." he said, "Therefore, you'll be facing students that have experienced advanced training. It'll also bring together students with polished Quirks you've never seen before."
Mr. Aizawa rubbed the back of his neck, "Though the exam contents are unknown, I know for sure that this will be an uphill battle for everyone." he continued, "Don't psyche yourselves out too much, but be aware of what you're facing."
Mika placed her hand on her chin, *If the chances are slim for me, I need to make sure I pass this exam along with the others.* she thought.

At nighttime, the girls were on the co-ed floor relaxing in the lounge, "Man! I'm so tired!" Mina shouted. Mika looked at Mina, "They weren't kidding about combining Quirk training and super moves into one training session." she said.
Momo nodded, "And there's only a week remaining." she said; Mika turned to her, "How's that going anyway, Momo?" she asked, "Got any super move ideas?"
Momo looked at Mika and placed her hand on her cheek, "There are things I would like to try, but my body can't keep up with the ideas." she said, "So, I'm working on extending my Quirk." Mika nodded, "That's understandable." she said.
Mika turned to Tsuyu, "What about you, Tsu?" she asked. Tsuyu looked at Mika, "I'm putting on some finishing touches on a move that's more frog-like, you'll be surprised." she said.
Mika nodded and looked at Ochaco, "How about you, Ochaco?" she asked. Ochaco looked like she was thinking about something. Tsuyu turned to Ochaco, "Ochaco?" she asked as she poked her shoulder.
Ochaco jumped and screamed a bit, "Are you tired?" Tsuyu asked. Ochaco quickly shook her head and looked determined, "Nope! I'm not tired; I'm just getting started!" she shouted; some of them were a little confused.
Ochaco looked at the ground, "...is what I want to say." she said, "I don't know why... but something is stirring in my heart lately." Mina looked at Ochaco, "It's love!" she shouted, making her blush.
Ochaco jumped and quickly waved her hands, "What did you say! Glove! Shove! Dove! What's that!?" she shouted. Mina smiled, "So, who is it? Is it Midoriya or Iida, you hang out with them a lot!" she said.
Ochaco shook her head and covered her face with her hands, making her float, "That's not it... I swear..." she said lowly. Mina looked at Ochaco, "C'mon girl, spill! Who is it!?" she shouted.
Kyoka looked at her with a grin, "If you confess now your crime gets lighter." she said. Mika looked at Mina and Kyoka, "Come on you two, you shouldn't say stuff like that even if it may be true." she said.
Ochaco shook her head, "That's not it, I swear!" she said, "And besides, I don't even know the first thing about dating..." Mina looked at Mika, "Speaking about dating, have you and Koda been on a date yet?" she asked.
Mika had a blank expression; she placed her hand on her chin. Momo turned to Mika, "You know you don't have to answer them." she said. Mika looked at them, "We watched a movie together at his place during our internship." she said, "Is that considered a date?"
They looked at Mika in complete silence. Kyoka rubbed the back of her neck, "I guess it's con-" Mina stood in front of her, "No way!" Mina shouted, startling the others. Mika looked at Mina, "If that isn't considered a date, then we haven't been on one." she said bluntly.
Mina was shocked, "The heck is wrong with you girl!" she shouted, "Didn't you have any dates with your other boyfriends when you were in middle school!?" Mika blushed a bit and looked at the ground, "To be honest with you... Koji is my first." she said.
They were completely shocked as Mika rubbed the back of her neck with a slight blush, "I don't think either of us know the first thing about dating... at least that's what I believe." she continued, "Besides... I don't think public dates are his thing."
Mina had a slight grin, "Is that so?" she asked, making Mika worry. Tsuyu looked at Mina, "I don't think we should pry them on this, it won't accomplish anything." she said.
Momo nodded, "I agree... besides it's getting late." she said, "We should probably retire early." Mina looked at them, "No! I wanna hear more!" she shouted, "If it's not about love, I wanna make it into love!"
Mika yawned in her hand and stood up, "I'm going to bed, anyway." she said. Mika started walking towards the girls' elevator and waved, "Goodnight girls." she continued. Mina looked back at Mika, "And I will help you and Koda get comfortable dating!" she shouted.
When the elevator door opened, Mika turned her head to Mina, "Good luck with that." she said as she looked forward and entered the elevator. As Mika entered her room, she started changing out of her clothes and into her pajamas.
After Mika turned her lights off, she walked towards her bed and plopped on it; soon after, she got under the covers. As Mika looked at her roof, she started getting a little worried, "Hopefully, I don't regret saying those things down there." she said lowly before she closed her eyes and fell asleep.
