The Soul Knights

If you want to go on a journey in a fantasy world then you should definitely read this book. With erotic scenes like GoT, a world like LoTR, fight scenes like HxH this has it all. No cheat skills (they make the story boring) no censoring (what's the point) and an actually good story that you want to read, along with thrilling battles with armies instead of just waiting for the next erotic scene. it starts slowly to make you care for the characters and yes there are more than one, although there is only one MC, but still it only gets interesting when there are more pieces to move on the board. Chapter 68

"What are you doing here? You should be at the shelters," Ash recovered from the surprise and asked.

"Don't forget, I was a healer for years, I have seen wars like this before, I can take care of myself, and It was you who motivated me to come here, when you told me about my past and what you liked about me," she said.

"But what if they saw you?" he asked.

"That's why I am wearing this helmet, I changed my voice and everything, even you weren't able to recognize me, and look around they need every hand they can, now this is not the time to chat, although I would have liked to talk more but you need to go, I have other patients too," she said and wore her helmet and he followed her out of the tent. She went to another bigger tent where there were a lot more injured soldiers, Ash looked at her for one more moment and then left.

He hoped he didn't run into another warlock soon, he needed to let his mana build up a little so he didn't use any big attacks anymore, he just used lightning steps to move through the battlefield, and just used his sword to cut wherever he saw an easy opening. He was almost in the middle of the battlefield where the noise was much louder, he could see a lot more hobgoblins here and they were falling as he saw, the elves here were much stronger and powerful fighters. Similarly, there were a lot more Shamans here too, and also another type of goblin, they were bigger than normal goblins but not as big as a hobgoblin, their necks were much thicker and their heads were strangely flat and rock-like.

Ash stayed on his path and entered the middle of the battlefield he had to be very careful now because now there weren't just arrows and swords flying but magical attacks which could be deadly if they hit him. But when he reached the center he saw the deadly battle that was going on there, he finally saw Aria and the others, they were all wearing armor that put the other armors to shame, Aria with her golden sword and green armor looked like a goddess, but she like the rest of them was covered in blood and dirt, as she was fighting he realized with terror another Warlock, this one was much older and looked ever more terrifying. These were the generals of the goblins who were the best of their fighters, he counted seven of them in the field each stronger than the next, Aria, Farin, Silv, and Akash were each fighting a warlock on their own, while Maya and the rest were fighting against the other three, the goblin shamans were throwing attacks at them from the sides and elf mages couldn't do anything because they were too busy dealing with the hobgoblins and the other types of goblins.

Here too they were suffering from the lack of numbers and he knew firsthand how dangerous the warlocks were. He couldn't see Gurg anywhere nor his men, which made him boil with anger. He raised his sword high and let his mana flow into it, but this time he didn't just stop it there he let the mana flow up in a thin smoke like whisper, the lightning sparks that gathered around the sword were too powerful and crackled loudly, the mana reached up into the sky near the clouds, and he felt something happening, the clouds in the sky started moving towards it and they grew darker and darker, then lightning cracked in the clouds and when it came back again it touched his mana, and he fell the sudden surge of energy rock his whole body, lightning descended from the clouds at once and fell on him, everyone around him moved away thinking that lightning had falled from the sky, but it kept coming, and a pillar of lighning had formed in the middle of the battle, Ash felt like he was drunk on power, he moved his hand around the hilt and slammed the sword in the ground, at once lightning bolts spread out in all directions, goblins and elves ran, but the larger hobgoblins couldn't move out of the way fast enough and they all burnt as the lightning bolts hit them and they all fell down at once, Ash was still too charged up, he threw his sword with all the force at the horde of shamans, it spun and flew through the air with great speed sending out great bolts of lightning, it cut through the shamans like crop, their canes and spells were too slow for the speed of lightning.

The sword finally came back to him after dispersing all the energy it had stored. There was a sudden silence in the surroundings as everyone looked at him, all they saw was an elf with no armor and just bandages and a helmet.

One of the warlocks raised the large black axe it was carrying towards him, he cried a battle cry and came at him. Ash let the rest of the stored energy in him fly toward him in a lightning ball like last time, but the warlock easily swatted it with his axe and it went and exploded in a group of goblins on the side. He raised his sword and readied himself for the incoming warlock, but someone landed in the middle of them before he reached him.

"You were fighting me!" cried Aria stepping between him and Ash. She must have realized with the others who he was. Aria moved as fast as the warlock and her sword took the axe's blow very easily. Ash's unique and destructive affinity gave him an advantage that let him fight with opponents much stronger and more experienced than him, but he didn't have the mana capacity and the skill that they had. He had to admit he had been really lucky so far when he saw them fight.

He couldn't do the sky lightning thing because he had to wait for enough mana to build up but also he wasn't sure it would work there weren't any more clouds in the sky, he had just looked at them and in anger, he had just decided to try that wild trick which worked amazingly he had to admit.

Now he needed to help them take care of these warlocks one by one. He moved towards the group of Maya and the others who were fighting three young warlocks, one of them looked to be a female. Maya, Ben, Sarah Hailey, and some other elves he had seen with Silv were fighting them at once. He was just about to join the fight when he saw something weird, a shaman standing at the very back of the battle. What made him stand out to Ash, was that his green skin had many black colored patterns and he had a cane with a large blue stone very similar looking to the one his sword used to have and it was glowing slightly. The shaman was standing very still and doing nothing while the battle progressed everywhere around him. He didn't know what he was doing, but it couldn't be good, and one less shaman could only be good. So Ash changed his direction and approached the shaman.

When he reached closer three of the thick-necked and big-headed goblins came in his way, they seemed to be acting as guards protecting him, they didn't even have any weapons he wondered what was special about them.
