6. Towards Shinir City

I feel mana surging and feel a heat coming towards me. I dodge it just in time to see a fire ball hit the place where I just was. I turn around and the leader is holding a big flame in his hand. So he is a fire user. He throws another fire ball at me and I cut it in half with my sword. I kick upwards and two more knives fly up from the other foot. And just like with the girls, I kick them again. They fly towards the leader and he manages to strike one down but the other one hits his arm that he is holding the flame in. He yells and drops his arm down, which was a mistake. The fire he had in his hand didn't burn out. As soon as he dropped his arm, it burned that fur coat that he was wearing. ''AHHH!'' He dropped to the ground and started to roll around. Fire created by mana is one of the most dangerous things in the world. The way it burns is much more fierce than normal fire. He manages to take the coat of but not before parts of his body was burned. And obviously I wouldn't let this chance go by. I run towards him and throw my sword at him. He manages to parry it but is left vulnerable to my next attack. I take out mu knife as I jump. I stab him in his windpipe and just like that other guy I cut of half his head. He looks at me with horror as he tries to stop the blood. I hear him gurgling as the blood flows down to his lungs. I pick up my sword that is laying on the ground beside him and with a swing, end his suffering. I turn around and go up to the guy that killed Moni. He is bleeding heavily and if I don't do anything he will die. I take of the clothes of one of the guys near me and wrap it around his arms… or what's left of them. When I'm sure that he won't die I turn around and walk towards the girls with the sword in my hand. ''PLEASE! PLEASE DON'T KILL ME OR MY SISTER'' the girl with the sword in her stomach begs me. ''WE WON'T DO ANYTHING BAD AGAIN'' the other girl joins in. I look at them and stare into their eyes. ''You pinky promise?''. Both the girl look at me weirdly before nodding ''Yes, we pinky promise''. I hold my pinky finger out and make a promise with both of them. ''Remember, if you lie, you die'' oh that rhymed. I turn around with a smile on my face for making my first pinky promise. I pull the guy who's arms I cut off up and walk outside. I pick up all my knives and throwing stars from around the camp site and start walking back to the village.

The sun was starting to come up as we neared the village. ''What will happen to me?'' the guy asked. ''I don't know'' I answered. I went through the entrance to the village and the guard that was there looked at me with a shocked expression. He probably realized who the guy I was pushing was. I went up to Darv's house ''Stay here'' I said to the guy before walking in and going towards my room. Everything was already packed. I changed my clothes and grabbed my bag. I went towards Darv's room and knocked on the door ''Darv''. It took a few moments before he woke up. He looked at me and asked ''are you leaving?'' I nodded at him. ''Eat something before you go then''. I thought about it and nodded. The three of us ate together as we talked. After an hour I got up. I could feel the guy still standing outside. Darv probably isn't that good at using his mana to check his surroundings. Else he would have noticed him. ''Big brother, you have to come back again'' Marv says with tears in his eyes. I nodded at him with a smile on my face. ''Pinky promise?''

''Pinky promise'�� I say back as I grab his pinky with mine. He let's go and gives me a hug. Darv smiles at me and says ''It was nice to have you here. Take care out there'' and gives me a tight hug which I return. As I walk towards the door, I turn around and say ''I left you a gift outside, you should check it out''. I walk out and start walking towards the entrance of the village. I hear surprised gasps from behind me and then I hear violence and swear words. As I walk past a house a stop up and call out her name ''MARIA!''. A few moments later the door opens and a little girl stick her head out. ''I'm going now'' I say to her. She walks up to me and looks me in the eyes. ''It's rude to wake people up in the morning'' I looked surprised at her, not expecting her to say that. Then she turns around and walks back inside. I shrug my shoulders as I start walking again. ''YOU HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN BIG BROTHER, WE HAVE TO PLAY BALL AGAIN'' I hear Maria tell me loudly. I turn around and smile at her ''I WILL'' I yell back. The last house left. I walk up and knock on the door and a man opens the door. ''Noah, aren't you a little early today?'' the guard asks. ''I'm going, Sten. Just wanted to say goodbye to Eliyah''. He looks at me surprised and let's me in. I walk into the living room and see Eliyah laying on a carpet with his mother changing his diaper. ''Hey Noah'' she says as she turns around and sees me. ''Hey Dia, just wanted to say goodbye before I leave''. ''Ahh so you are leaving. I'll miss you coming to out house everyday''. I smile and walk up closer. Eliyah looks up at me and gives a little smile. ''Bye Eliyah, I'm gonna miss you'' I say as I touch his stomach. As I am about to take my hand back, Eliyah grab my finger. ''GAAH GUU'' he says and refuses to let go. ''I'll be back again'' I say back and he let's go of my finger. Dia and Sten look at us with a surprised look on their face. I give both of them a hug and walk out again. I turn around and look at the village again for one last time. When I feel I won't forget I, then I turn around and walk towards Shinir City.
