Most popular places in Sin City were places where people could experience various entertainments.

In the building they had rented solely for their company, they all gathered.
The lackeys were on the ground floor, mostly outside to spend time with the girls, while the Head of the company and his 4 captains, stayed on the top floor that had flashing lights that came from the disco ball.
They were drinking with girls and enjoying loud background music. Only a few other errand boys were around them.
