"Now then Mr. Ophis, I guess this is the part where we go our separate ways, but I must say; I do look forward to working with you in the foreseeable future, you don't seem too bad, and seeing that we are both men of business, I am confident we will get along just fine."
Akeem announced as he began to light a cigar, filling the room with the scent of tobacco, meanwhile, Ophis made his final reply via Triston.
"Well, who knows? After all, trust is something that must be earned, so only time will tell, either way, human I thank you for your grand tribute, and with that said I will be taking my leave."
"I will see you around then Ophis, don't cause too much trouble within the borderland now, people there look at Beyonder a little more differently than we city folks, although their view varies from tribe to tribe, village to village, scavengers to scavenger, and wanders to wander; but I'm sure you will be ok."
Ophis didn't reply to Akeem, and simply nod his head in confirmation, and with that said, he released Triston from his tight grips, and proceed to float towards the nearest window, and without saying anything else, he began to fly towards the borderlands of the western zone.
Meanwhile, Triston began to get up, and he scream.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?...
However, he soon realized he wasn't being strangled to death by Ophis death grip. He looked confused and lost he began to check to see if there were any anomalies or injuries on his body.
"W...Wait... no way, w-w-were am I? Was that a dream? am I still alive?"
"You seem to be fine, I was a little worried there for a moment when Ophis forcefully possessed your body, and proceed to use you as a living communicator."
Triston began to rub his head, he felt a slight headache, however, his attention soon shifted to Akeem as he said.
"Boss?"
"One and only, now stop dilly-dallying around, You got work to do, please carry these files to the City IT and Marketing department, and asked them to get these discounts and programs done by tonight."
"Wait, what... I'm confused, at least explain, what happen to me."
"Look we don't have all day, the City Center closes at six, so we need to move now, and besides it's nothing to worry about Triston, just get to work, I will tell you all the juicy details, after we get these requests from Mr. Ophis out of the way, so let's get to work."
Akeem said with a serious face, as he extended his hand out to Triston, who just sighed, he was practically lost, but there was nothing he could do about it. And so he just follows his boss's orders. With that, the two men went to work.
Meanwhile, however, going towards the Western borderlands of the T-City Dome, we can see a familiar figure flying at high speed. At this moment he had long left the city, seeing he was flying at half of his full speed.
And before him was nothing but a terrain filled with bountiful greenery, although it was nothing but wildlife, trees, and streams, with one or two people around the area for miles on end.
But looking into the distance, a large mountain that touch the artificial clouds could be seen, it was very high, and extremely large at that. However, as Ophis approached the mountain he immediately notice the violet-colored hues and trees that the mountain had in its upper layers.
"Akeem wasn't lying, this place really is beautiful, but if the map on the information terminal is correct, then my temple should be located at the very top."
And with that in mind, Ophis beautifully and skillfully change direction as he began to ascend high in the sky in an attempt to reach the upper parts of the mountain.
It wasn't long before a loud supersonic explosion could be heard in the mountain, seeing at this moment Ophis broke the sound barrier causing the loud explosive noise to echo like thunder.
And at full speed, Ophis reaches way above the mountain top in a matter of minutes, and looking down below as floated in the sky, he saw what he was looking for. It was the beautiful city of the ancient Aztecs.
'Home sweet home.'
Ophis thought to himself, as he slowly descended downwards till he was floating four inches off the ground. And it was at this point, he began to look around, compare to a picture being advertised from a holographic computer screen, seeing this beautiful sight upfront was far grander than anything else.
The grass was green, the breeze blow elegantly across the meadows, and the sound of a nearby river from a distance could be heard. And the area in question was filled with many coconut trees, and cocoa trees as well.
The ruin of the ancient Aztecs was large, and beautifully designed, as many facilities even a nearby palace where Tlatoani resided could be seen, not far off from the main pyramid, which was made as the house of the Gods, and burial ground of their kings.
The place in question was a sight indeed, what made this place even better was the fact, that this was untouched by men, meaning there was no technology there, it was truly just a historical monument.
But Ophis didn't mind this at all, if anything he loved this place, there was no noise here, and the sound of mother nature was the closest thing to music one can find here, and this was peaceful for Ophis. Because in this place, he had no one to disturb him, of course, this would all change in the future, but for now. Ophis just wanted peace of mind.
So after exploring his new home, Ophis flew to the top of the highest pyramid, there he entered one of the temples, and to his surprise, he found not only an altar but also a jade throne with very soft red pillows connected to it.
But the throne in question wasn't what Ophis found surprising, instead, it was the thing sitting on the throne, there he saw, a skeleton of a person, surprisingly this person had black bones, but the clothes they wore at the time of their death was still on them.
On the corpse's body, was a large and beautiful rainbow copilli with the feathers of various peacocks. It almost looks like a crown of sorts, meanwhile on the skeleton's four limbs were four gold bracelets, with ancient encryptions carved into them, a pair for the hands, and a pair for the feet, and around the neck was a necklace made from rubber, snake, and tiger teeth, or mostly the fangs of these furious animals.
The person wore a long red loincloth that almost reach the ground and it was made from pure spider silk as well, and it was being held by a belt made of various shells, and beaded jade. Meanwhile around the person's left arm was a small stone shield that was strapped on tightly, with the Mayan calendar engraved on it in front. And last but not least was the large black, red, and purple macuahuitl being held within the skeleton hand.
Ophis was shocked to see that a corpse was on the throne and it was fully geared up as well, intrigued by this, he began to analyze the body, and what he discovered shocked him.
