66 Loving couple

Ignoring the unruly movements of her tummy, Elvina glanced at the multistorey building in front of her. It was a grand restaurant. 

''We didn't have to come here all the way to eat,'' She whispered to him with an uninterested gaze as they stepped inside, still holding hands, looking like an amicable couple to every person who spared a glance their way. 

But alas, the invisible knives between them.

Almost all of them spared a glance in their direction. Who would not do so? The Archer Cardale!

Sigh...

''Why not?" Archer asked as he glanced at her side profile. She looked like she would leave this place at any given chance. 

''If we had to eat, we could have called your cook. What was the need to come here?" Elvina found it unnecessary and a waste of time. 

Their voices were low for they were being ushered towards the elevator by a long trail of staff members and Archer's bodyguards who appeared at some point.
