Chapter 17 Humiliated Gods

Before Common Era

*Zeus' POV

" I am Zeus! The God of thunder, the Godking of Olympus! and one of the great leaders of the heaven!

Within these vast land of mortals, we, the Gods govern them, we do not know how our ancestral Gods came to be, but over the years, there were wars, love, hate and many more that happened.

And as an undying, I had felt that we, as Gods should be praised and worshipped! I feel that we are noble! We should be more! Mortals needs us, but what do they do not know is that we also need them for their faith for us to continue to exist!

And today a humiliating event happened to us noble Gods! My brother, the God of underworld, Hades, Went to collect some souls to feed for his dog, Cerberus, but he was caught by an unbelievable entity.....

We! It was Us! All of Us, Gods, attacked together! I cannot completely see this entity, only a great flaming shadow nearly overflowed through the vast clouds but its eyes were only within one and a half meter tall.... It was a blood red eyes! no pupil or whatsoever just dark red flaming circles!

And as we attack, I just heard a Swoooshing sound and I black out!

When I woke up...Everything was in ruins!!!! The plants, trees, buildings...There were blood everywhere.....The evil Gods, The Righteous Gods, We, The Gods, are facing extinction... Then.. I saw the ground.....palm...palm.....palm.....All it took was a single palm!.....

I was trembling, yes I am a Godking, but I alone cannot do this, and it was even within the heaven where the space and time are so sturdy it couldn't even be twisted with all our powers...but that thing...

The..the palm was so big that only the edges of the whole land was left...

tud!*tud!*

I suddenly heard a walking sound behind me.....I was so scared that I summoned the thunder spear and turned around immediately, but it was only a child, wearing a black robe with a cute rosy cheek...I was stunned...How could a child be here??? wait...this child is only a meter and a half.....cou--could it be....

"Ah! this old thing survived my palm?????...Awesome...!"

"Ah!!......ah!!..."

A very creepy feeling arose within me after hearing that single sentence.....I could not care less about him calling me old thing or how shocked he was as to how I survived but... a child wiped us, Gods, to extinction...

" I slapped downwards!!!! hehehe! I waited when the dust settled to walk and tour the place...

oh! as I walk by, I saw this old guy, the lightning dude.....well this guy is awesome he survived! and maann he has a lightning spear!! so awesome!....oh well I guess I'll just leave him here but I'm a lil bit guilty so I decided to give him a bit of power to survive...uuhh...eerr...

but..uuuhh...it was my mistake okay! I forgot that I'm using my death energy! well sorry okay!! tsk!..."
