Why actually those old citizens are saying not to close it, let's find it out. in this chapter you will learn a short miracle of Kotsuke. The miracle begins at the time of 1700, when the shrine is being constructed. a well known mage called as Kotsuke, always go near that shrine and add a little bit of dried rice in the cement of where the God is going to be placed. the God's name is karmat, now on a certain day when the mage is on its way to put rice some crooks stopped the mage, and tried to rob him. then the mage started to run as fast as he can but, those crooks killed that poor mage. by the help of a sword, now the mage is dead so those crooks started to move towards him, tossing that sword. and when they searched the pocket of the mage they found nothing but some rice so they just threw that poor mage on the river, and started to find their other prey. the dead body of the mage started to float and after an hour or so, the dead body is now 20 metere far away from the shrine and now he got stucked on a rock. and now all the citizens noticed the mage dead now the citizens took him off from that rock and then they tried to lift out all the water by pressing his lungs. the water got out, but the mage was still dead. then suddenly a anonymous citizen, with a bag full of rice, came near that mage and then he gave that bag to that mage. saying that "this is what you gave me" and then he started to walk slowly, and the moment he got out that ruckus he clapped 3 times and whispered "it isn't your time to die" and then. that mage started to vibrate a little, now the citizen called the doctor, and then the doctor saved him. and after the mage woke up he started to ask "where Is my rice?" the citizens said "it is in your pocket" then a kid so curious asked the mage "why were you carrying rice with you" the mage said that "this was half of my food for today" then a citizen said that if that is so why do you give them to the shrine. then the mage replied "I don't have any other thing to offer and I want to live so I give half of my food to lord karamat" then a kid said that a person with a hood came and gave you this bag full of rice. the mage understood that. that person isn't a ordinary human he was karmat. and said yeah I know who he is and from that time onwards, it is said that anybody who gives half of his food to lord karmat will survive death once. on second volume you will come to know about why the shrine is going to be closed and because of this legend the shrine's name came to be called as Kotsuke
