Sej followed the woman to a side pavilion on the right side of the plaza. He was thinking about if he had made the right choice or not. It was an impulsive act, but he was ok with the outcome. He looked at the woman back as she walked ahead. The impression he had of the woman was that she seemed nice but was very commanding. Soon they arrived at the pavilion which had a large table with chairs on either side. The woman moved behind the table and gestured for Sej to take and seat before she spoke "we have not been formally introduced, my name is Lily Apail, and you are?"

"Sej Damian" replied Sej who went to take a seat at the table. "Sej Damian, I will just call you Sej and you can call me Lily. Anyway, Sej as of today you are a part of the Apail family." She took out another crystal from behind the desk and placed it on the table. This crystal was different from the one before. It was far larger and seemed to have stars shining in mini constellations. "This is a destiny sphere, in the sphere are a total of 99 constellations. when someone places their hand on it, the constellations will shine. The more constellations that shine, the more destiny one has. Be warned, whether you have lots of destiny or no destiny at all, it does not foretell the future. At one point in history, it may have been an unprecedented power allowing one to rise to the heavens and rule everything, but now it is but a resource. Remember this. Place your hands on the crystal" Lily's tone of voice was very serious right now.

Sej slowly reached out his small hands and placed them on the crystal. Soon the constellations on the crystal started to light up one by one. one, two, three, it started speeding up, five, ten, fifteen, thirty, fifty. It continued all the way up to a total of eighty-one before stopping. Lily was shocked. "Destiny child" she screamed. Luckily the pavilion had formations to block out sound as this was her personal pavilion. Sej was jolted and froze on the spot. Lily quickly composed herself and spoke in an even more serious tone. "Sej, you are a person of great destiny. But do not forget my warning from before. I am not an expert in the laws of destiny so I will send news to the clan. However, I will tell you what I do know. Destiny is like money Sej, some people have it, some don't, it is easy to use but hard to get back and once it's gone, it is over. Remember, if someone has a lot of money and shows it off, it's likely to be stolen so be careful and don't let others know you have it. I will report what happened to the clan, for now, forget about this as go wait with the other 2 candidates who have passed the recruitment test, soon you will board a ship and head to Ashfall Sects branch headquarters. Go now"

Sej who was just moments ago frozen in place from the scream quickly scurried out of the door with a slightly pale face before heading to the area that was marked out for the new recruits. Meanwhile Lily quickly took out a talisman. Soon it was shining brightly before disappearing into the void. "Now things are getting interesting. I wonder if he will make it or not? Heheheh, I think it's time to play matchmaker. No, it is too soon, he could just as easily waste away and die, forget it."
