CHAPTER 3: THE SIX DEVILS
"Somebody help me!!, helpppp please!! Can anyone hear me?". Rachael shouted as she looked around but was surrounded with a pool of blood. Rachael cried as she continued running, but the more she ran, the more she got lost and the tunnel got more distant and dark. "LAUREN" "LAUREN". Rachael stopped when she heard her name through the darkness in the tunnel, but when she turned around she was shocked with what she saw.
Immediately, Rachael woke up, she looked around to know if she was still dreaming but when she looked at the clock on the table and saw the time, she jumped up and rushed in the bathroom to get ready for classes for the day.
"Hey I almost thought you were going to miss the first lecture!" Lizzy asked while walking towards Rachael as they entered the school hall. While they were chatting, Lizzy suddenly stopped walking as she spotted Six figures talking, then Rachael noticed her actions and asked "why did you stop?" " Lizzy are you okay?" Rachael asked again when she noticed Lizzy zoning out.
"Yes I am!" Lizzy replied and thought "I should tell Rachael about these people, so she won't invite trouble to herself". While Lizzy was so immersed in her thoughts, Rachael tapped her and pointed to the six people standing there like they weren't part of the school, as she asked.
"Lizzy who are they?" Lizzy turned to where Rachael pointed and exclaimed " You read my mind Partner!! how did you know that I was about to talk about them?".
Rachael stared at Lizzy with an expression saying "Seriously Lizzy, WHAT THE FUCK !!!".
Lizzy coughed dramatically and said "Never mind , let me introduce you to the six devils of the school and you should never mess with them, NEVER". Lizzy cleared her throat as she started "The guy with blonde hair and crazy jeans there, His name is Jay A. Smith. His Ancestors was one of the founders of the school and he is the school flirt, some people call him BLONDE DONKEY behind his back. The guy with brown hair and grumpy eyes is called Liam Russell, well apparently he is the school's most brightest guy in the Art department, and he is a snub so we call him "GRUMPY PIG" although his handsome but he is always moody as if the world was owing him and Literally never seen him except when with his friends.
Next up is the girl with the brightest smile. She is Emily Davis, our school Belle and she has a cheerful and Loveable character. The girl sitting close to Emily is Kyler Lynch, Emily's cousin and she holds a black belt in Taekwondo, she has a very bad temper. Then the last girl is Jezebel Sinclair, well she has a bossy nature, bad temper and also the school's second Belle well that was before you came. Back to business, Jezel always bullies girls and she has a rich father who has connections to always cover up her crimes, rumor has it that she killed a third year student because the girl stepped over her, but rumor is always rumor because there was no evidence!!!!!". Lizzy then turned to Rachael after her introduction. Rachael was shocked as she tried to process the information into her pea sized brain.
"Lizzy you said they were six but you introduced only five, what about him?" Rachael asked as she pointed at the guy sitting in the midst of the others. Lizzy quickly brought down Rachael's hand that pointed at Gabriel then she immediately used her hand to cover Rachael's mouth as she warned.
"Rachael that is Gabriel Lance, no one knows much about him except that he is the school hunk, the brightest in the Science and Sports Department and also Lecturers are scared of offending him not to talk of the students, so keep your fingers to yourself if you don't want to lose it cause Gabriel hates being pointed at. They aren't just called the Six Devils for nothing".
After listening to Lizzy's explanation, Rachael turned to look at Gabriel, their eyes met and it only lasted for a few seconds, before Rachael looked away. Lizzy grabbed Rachael's hands as she walked faster and said "We can continue during lunch, but for now we have general class. And if you don't want to get your first punishment this morning then walk faster because Professor Malcolm doesn't tolerate lateness".
The two girls walked faster as they found some topics similar to talk about. Some of the students found it strange that the two girls were getting along even after meeting each other a few days ago.
While a certain person was at the end of the hallway, watching her and planning how to get revenge on his prey.
"Hey Rachael I hope you don't mind me asking but why did you choose Arts?" Lizzy asked the one question which has been troubling her for a while.
"Rachael stopped for a while thinking of what to reply, well she can't just reply that she was here to investigate her parents death, so she just found an easy subject to pass, and one that wasn't all that boring. It will really sound absurd to the ears. So what should I say??" Rachael contemplated within herself but couldn't find anything to say.
"It's okay if you don't want to tell me. I know when you're ready you will open up to me, I don't mind". Lizzy said after she saw how she was contemplating within herself. Rachael was grateful for what she said because she really didn't know what to say.
"Thanks for understanding Lizzy".
"No problem, everyone has their secrets and struggles" Lizzy replied as they entered the class and found their seat number.
IN A HIDDEN MOUNTAIN
"Are you telling me that for 27yrs, No information about my Son??" An angry voice yelled, smashing down the things around her.
"Calm down Luna. We're still searching for him, we haven't given up". Someone tried to calm Luna down. But instead, She roared again "Calm down, I haven't seen my Son for the past 27yrs and you're telling me to calm down??".
"I can't sit and wait anymore. I will go out and look for him myself". Luna decided and they all bowed and agreed because they knew her so well that it was impossible to change her mind.
"The CRYSTAL PACK has stayed too long without an Alpha and I need to do something about it". She said to herself.
