After waking up after an unknown amount of time Drake found himself in a tent. After sitting up he saw that his leg and hand was fixed. So he decided to check his stats.

"Your awake already?" After seeing he was fully healed Drake heard an unfamiliar voice. He turned to see a green slime next to a short women.

"Oh nurse Kim I didn't expect to see you here." Drake said a little shocked. He figured he must be in a medical tent.

"What do you mean I'm the school nurse why would I not be part of this dangerous outing. The short and cute nurse said with her arms crossed.

"Oh ya your right. Well thank you for healing me." Drake said trying not to smile at the pouting nurse.

"Well it's my job so no need to thank me, but hurry up and go see Mr.Johnson he wanted to see you after you woke up." Kim said facing the other way.

After a couple minutes of walking around Drake found Mr.Johnson in the biggest tent.

"How did they set up all of this so fast. There's even a café." Drake whispered to himself as he approached Mr.Johnson.

"Drake, seems you have finally woken up. I expected you to be the first to be brought back but surprisingly there were others before you." Mr.Johnson said in a slightly indifferent tone.

"Well I was pretty lucky I guess I only found young monsters." Drake said with an embarrassed smile.

"Well that doesn't matter because I just have one question. Will you continue to hunt or will you be giving up. Because every nurse visit will cost you 1 [Energy crystal] everytime we heal you?" Mr.Johnson asked.

"Yes sir I should be fine I was just a little distracted and let the beast get the better of me." Drake said with confidence.

"Alright well you have have half the day left before we will quit watching yall. You were knocked out for only 2 hours. That's all I wanted to know , now be on your way."

On his way back through the forest Drake found a couple more baby animals that were either level 1 or 0. His exp raised to 5/10.

While Drake was wondering around the sky started to dim and the forest grew darker. Under the slowly fading sun the leaves had a certain glow to them.

Since it was turning night Drake decided to find a nice place to camp before the sun was fully gone.

On his way Drake spotted a cave in the distance. " Doesn't look to far and has a roof should be the perfect spot." Drake said to himself.

While moving towards the cave Drake heard rustling in the bush next to him. In the next second a baby wolf jumps out in front of him.

With red and black fur and long sharp claws it stared directly into Drake's eyes. Like a predator looking at its next meal.

Drake studied this animal but couldn't find what it was in his memory. With lack of information Drake could either run or finish it off quickly.

' Since I've never seen this monster before I'm guessing it's a new mutation I hope it's nothing bad.' Drake thought only slightly worried.

With that thought Drake tightened his grip on his sword and got ready to charge at the wolf cub. When he was about to take his first step the wolf shot a fireball the size of a fist straight at Drake.

Slightly shocked Drake sliced the fireball in half will charging at the wolf. The wolf not expecting its prey to not dodge was left confused for a second.

When Drake was 5 feet away he saw the wolf fall. 'Wait how were not on a cliff it looks like the shadows pulled him in!?' Drake said in utter confusion.

The next second Drake felt fresh blood flowing from his back. He had been deceived.

Drake turns around quickly while swinging his sword.'SLASH' 'YELP!'While turning he hears a skin tearing and a yelp.

It seems he was able to damage the beast. Now facing it Drake is able to see a deep gash in the wolf's right leg.

Noticing it can't win with its speed the wolf decides to go all out. It stars sending fireball after fireball not caring if it's prey is roasted alive.

Dtake seeing this almost shit his pants. With it being pretty much pich black out side the fireballs obstruct his view.

So Drake decides to just hide behind a tree.

' What is wrong with that monster it's definitely over powered what type of animal can do this!' As Drake thinks that the wolf's fireballs get less and less powerful no longer shaking the tree he is behind.

Drake noticing that figures it's probably running low on Mana. ' There is justice in this world' Drake says with a smile.

That being said Drake peeks around the tree to make sure the wolf is exhausted. Seeing that it was Drake makes a sprint straight towards it. With his sword in front of him he pierced straight through its throat.

Drake exhausted decides he will extract the crystal.

Thinking about what he just heard Drake was really excited. An [Energy crystal] was one thing but a [Ability crystal] meant you can gain an ability.

You have a 1 in a million chance to get something like this. Drake almost forgot he was in the wilderness at night.

Thinking of that he thought it would be best to get to that cave before anything else.
