Surprise from Her Son

She smiled softly as tears welled up in her eyes. This meant more than anything else ever could. He cared enough to write such a sweet little letter just for her. And then there were those two hearts…they represented him loving her unconditionally. Liz felt overwhelmed by emotion but happy, nonetheless.

She couldn't believe how lucky she was. She felt like she could conquer the world. Her son was so sweet and thoughtful to leave her these flowers today. She felt like nothing could get in the way of their perfect life.

She stared at the flowers again. They were beautiful. So vibrant and alive. They represented everything good about life. Love, happiness, joy, hope, peace...everything worth living for. Everything. Liz realized that she truly did have everything now. All thanks to her son. She couldn't remember the last time someone gave her flowers. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. They were so fragrant, so sweet.

She slowly reached out and opened the envelope gently. And then she started reading the letter from his son. It seemed surreal somehow. Like it wasn't really happening. Yet here she sat, holding a letter written by her own son. A young man who only recently turned 18 years old.

This wasn't just any greeting card - this was special, a love letter from her own son. A loving gesture from someone who cared deeply about her. This meant more than anything else ever did. He cared enough to write such sweet words just for her. And they were handwritten too! No matter how many times she read them, they always made her feel special. She held the letter close to her chest as if it were something precious. Something irreplaceable. Something that would be lost forever if she let go of it.

He must have wanted to keep the surprise for as long as possible. He knew how much she loved surprises. Her heart was filled with overwhelming joy and gratitude. It was at that moment she realized how much her son truly loved her. She hugged the flowers and held them tightly, smiling with tears in her eyes, as she read through her son's love letter.

"Dear Mom, I know you're probably wondering why I'm writing this instead of talking to you face-to-face. Well, there are two reasons. First off, I don't want anyone else reading this. The second reason is because I wanted to write something special. Something personal. Something meaningful.

Thank you for sharing this special moment with me last night. It was truly heartwarming to have you as my 'wife' last night. And to feel how much you love me. It made me realize how important you are to me, and how much we should cherish every moment we share...."

As she read on, her heart filled with a sense of pride. Her son was growing up into a fine young man.

The more she read, the happier she got. There was no doubt about it, her son loved her very much. She couldn't help but smile as she continued reading it. It was such a sweet letter. A loving letter. One that would be cherished forever. She was glad he got to share it with his mom. The feeling of contentment was almost too great to bear.

Finally, after what seemed like forever, she finished the letter. Then she sat back and took a deep breath. It was the best way she could imagine relaxing after such a long day. By the time she finished reading the letter, tears were streaming down her face. There was no doubt at all that her son was the most important person in her life, and to know that he felt the same way about her made her heart swell with love and gratitude. She hugged the flowers tightly and promised herself that she would do whatever it took to make him happy. Regardless of what others might say.

"This is so beautiful," she thought to herself. So many feelings were running through her head. But the most important thing was that she could see her son had grown into an amazing young man. And that made her very happy indeed.

She smiled softly as she looked down at the love letter once more. It really did make her feel like she'd gotten a second chance at life. She felt grateful for everything her son had done for her. Everything he'd given her. All the time they spent together. Every memory they shared. They were precious moments.

She closed her eyes and sighed deeply before opening them again. There was no doubt about it - she was going to treasure every word of this letter forever. It meant more than anything else ever could have possibly done.

She needed to see her son, to hug him, to embrace him with all her love. As she walked up the stairs towards her son's room, she couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth in her heart. She knew her son would understand everything she had done. Everything she had been through. And he would always love her. That was the kind of relationship they shared. It was strong enough to withstand anything.

But deep inside her mind, she knew she shouldn't rush their relationship. Just let fate guide her and her son. She couldn't deny that she was a bit selfish, and she was enjoying the way she was loved and cared for by her son recently. Moreover, she has been through multiple relationships, she knew how men would do, after they received what they wanted. She wasn't sure if her son would be the same, so she didn't want him to have her too easily, otherwise he might not cherish her as much as he was doing now.

After making her decision, she reached his room and knocked gently on the door.

"Hi mom, you are home." Jay opened the door almost immediately. "Did you read my love letter to you? Do you like my flowers?" He was very happy to see her mom back home.

"Yes dear! I loved your letter so much!" Liz said smiling brightly, giving her son a tight hug. "It made me feel special." She paused for a moment before continuing. "And yes…the flowers are so beautiful…" She added quietly. "Thank you so much, son." Then after another pause, she continued.

"I am glad you like them." He was so pleasure seeing her mom liking his surprises. He could feel how soft his mom's breasts were against this chest, and he could feel his shaft between their bodies was turning hard very fast.

Liz felt his bulge against her crotch clearly, too. This was a bit awkward and embarrassing, which brought her back to the decision she made before coming into her son's room. A few moments later, she let go of her tight hug with him. She smiled at him and then looked down at the floor. "I do like them, son," she replied, "but there's something I want to talk to you about." She turned around and sat down on the bed.

"Sure." He sat down next to his mom.

She paused briefly before continuing. "Son...thanks for your beautiful flowers and love letter. These are very touching. I know how much you love me now. And you know how much I care about you, don't you?" she asked. "Well..." she didn't wait for his response and continued, "...there's something that needs to be addressed first." She swallowed hard and began speaking slowly. "Son...we need to discuss our future together."

"...Okay..." He listened patiently.

She couldn't believe she was about to say the words. But it had to be done. "I...I'm having trouble figuring out what's best for us, son," she said, "I do enjoy the attention you gave to me. I do appreciate that, but I think it would be best if we...if we are not going further in our intimate relationship. It's not an easy decision but it's one that I have to make."

"Didn't you enjoy being with me last night?" He asked confusedly.

"Yes, I did enjoy them," she said softly, "but I just can't go any further than this with you yet, son. I'm sorry." Tears filled her eyes as she spoke. "Please understand. This is difficult for me too. Please forgive me." She sighed deeply. "It's just…that things have changed since your 18th birthday, son. And if we continue our relationship like this, I can't go back to the way we used to be." She paused again, trying to find the right words.

"But why can't we go further? I don't want to go back." He was a bit lost.

She took a deep breath, trying to hold back the tears. "I'm just not comfortable with this, son," she replied, "and I need you to trust me on this, please." She knew this would be the hardest thing she'd ever had to do, so she added. "The things we have done recently, we could still do them, as long as you don't cross our boundaries...." she blushed, thinking about these things she did to him last night.
