Carter crossed his arms over his chest with the small remote hidden in his palm. "What did you need, Adalee?"

"I was wondering if I could start training Ms. Adams?" Adalee looked around Carter to watch Ariana with her head in her hand, flipping mindlessly through the schedule in front of her.

"I'm currently showing her some events that need to be added to my schedule. Once I am fully satisfied with their adjustments..." Carter flashed a glance over his shoulder to see her two fingers raise up. He looked back at Adalee a few seconds later, clicking the button on the control again. He heard Ariana gasp as he smiled at Adalee, hearing her hand hit the desk. "...I will send her your way. Anything else I could do for you?" He turned his head enough to catch her holding up three fingers; before, she put her hand back down on the schedule.
