RHEA'S POV - GOOD DAY, BAD DAY

"Well Well isn't it the little Miss Connection here?" A voice cut through our laughter

I think you might have guessed it already, it was Mrs Khosla.

Daam..... and Krutik was also there with me. Its a Disasters. I actully pulled my hair out in my mind. Why can't this weekend actually remain the happy one.

"Hello ma'am, Good Afternoon. Good to see you here" I said though I didn't meant a single word. What I actually wanted to say was - "Oh god... worst morning. why do you have to be here?"

"Yaahh, but hope I could say the same. I see you are having quite a good time here" She said in a sarcastic tone while looking in between me and Krutik. I just smiled to it like I always do. "And I see you are here too" she said looking at Krutik

"Yeah. Good Afternoon Ma'am" Krutik said with a straight face.

"Yeah Whatever, I assume you are all done with the work seeing you are enjoying yourself out here. I anyways don't expect much from you but if you can't even do the least that would be dissapointing. But also what can I do?" Mrs Khosla said

"They already work overtime for you and they even can't have Sunday's to themselves now?" Ivy said in a harsh tone to which I widen my eye and noded my head in a No but Ivy being Ivy she continued - "What? Its the truth" she said looking at me and then looking back at Mrs Khosla she continued "You need to understand the meaning of work life balance, don't you think? and plus aren't you here to enjoy yourself too?"

"You have quite rude friends, JUST LIKE YOU Rhea" Mrs Khosla said with a furious expression.

"Hmmh... if Rhea is anywhere near Rude then I am the Prime Minister of India" Ivy said glaring at Mrs Khosla

"Actually ma'am we are all ready you already approved the presentation yesterday before leaving" I said bringing back her attention back to me

"Yeah, ma'am you did. We had a 2 hours long meeting for final draft" Krutik said backing me up to which she rolled her eyes and said "Yeah yeah I know"

"You have quite a rude seniors" Veer said looking at me

I gave him a 'not you too' look which he totally ignored.

"Excuse me?-- Who are you --" Mrs Khosla said looking straight at Veer

Before she could say anything further he stood up and extended a hand towards Mrs Khosla - "Hello, myself Veer Malhotra. I am the Head of Financial Consultant at Equix" and I could see the shock on Mrs Khosla's face and I understand that because I and Krutik were equally shocked.

"Ohh, Hello, Nice to meet you Mr. Malhotra" Mrs Khosla said her tone changed into something totally different

"Wish I could say the same" Veer said taking back his hand and sitting on his seat. It was totally different version of Veer too. He was all stiff and like a overbearing CEO who directly came out of a drama. "I would like to enjoy my time with my friends now, if you can excuse us" He said looking at me instead of Mrs Khosla his voice back to his normal or was the first one normal...

"Yeah yeah ofcourse" Mrs Khosla said with a smile, HOLY F***this is the first time I ever saw her smile, though it clearly looked fake but.... and then I shot a look towards Krutik and we both held our laughter on that and then she walked away.

"BITCH" Ivy said with a smirk and rolling her eyes.

"You are Head of Financial Consultant at Equix?" I said to Veer with wide eyes

"Yeahh!?" Veer said casually

"Is anything great about that? aren't you both overly overreacting. You both look like you have seen a ghost." Ivy said to me and Krutik

"You got to be kidding me bro. Equix is every fianace major's dream company and you are telling me you are a consultant there?" Krutik said to Veer ignoring Ivy

EQUIX. Not one of the best but THE BEST company In Finance industry. It is a US based MNC and being a consultant there is a big deal and he was the head there, ULTRA BIG DEAL.

"If she still troubles you, you can tell me- anytime" Veer said directly looking in my eyes. It made heart stop for a second and my face turned Red. Why would I tell him? Did he forget we met not even 24 hours ago? Getting myself together I said - "No no...I don't need anyone to resolve my issues I am very much capable of it to do it on my own"

We ordered the food and it was so tasty, Oh my God, it was like heaven has come to earth. The thing I loved the most was their Nachos with beans and salsa... Only if I could eat that for all my life. We talked about Veer and Equix and Finance and Ivy getting pissed every 5 minutes about we should talk about something else made the lunch even more fun. We paid the bill and got up to leave.

"I am never coming with you three anywhere ever again, You'll are so boring" Ivy said frustrated and started walking towards the exit.

We laughed at her and followed behind her.

Veer and Ivy were walking infront bickering about something and me and Krutik at back laughing at them fighting, thats when I saw Mrs Khosla at the end of the hall

" - Aren't those? Why aren't you?" Krutik said all puzzled

I immediately checked my mails and texts but....
