Miss Albert made her speech short and is full of congratulatory and advertising the Albert family in an indirect manner. It also seems that the main members of the Albert family will have a special entrance later.

Albert family's main strength is their political powers so I believe that they will have something to hook people here to their side, especially since most of the students are sons or daughters of high-ranking individuals in the society.

As miss Albert announced the arrival of the Albert family, a giant icicle dropped from right above her head crushing her body and scattering her limbs.

The blood flew like a fountain flying everywhere in the hall.

This must be a dream, right? The same one I had from before… Orion?

"ORION! Where are you!"

I shouted but no response. He is just with me a moment ago, where could he have gone in a short amount of time. Normally, I would not need to worry but this case is different from normal, I need to find him−

While everyone is silent trying to organize their thoughts, a young man so familiar to us appear in the stage pointing his hand upwards.

"The Albert family is introduced and all but they did not respond immediately, how cheeky of them."

An enormous number of corpses fell from the ceiling of the building, they are from the murdered members of Albert family.

"Hello everyone, do you remember me? It is Orion your friendly devil."

Orion picked up the head of the young lady of Albert and look at it face to face.

The people in the front of the stage panicked as Orion threw the head of Emma Albert to the audience.

"So, everyone, I have a very sad news for you. The thing is this world will soon be destroyed but don't worry, I will save you all. After all, I am the EMPEROR!"

The emperor? That shadowy thing is… Orion? There is no way that is true.

I summoned two flames from both of my hand and turn it into revolving lances, I am ready to shoot Orion any time.

I am ready to shoot him but deep inside me I could not hurt my precious friend. With just his laugh, the whole audience and even me have been frozen.

"I… once again… can't do anything… sorry…"

I woke up in a hospital ran by the Ellis family. My room is pure white and very clean, the hospital service of the Ellis family is as good as it is no matter what huh?

They sure are kind enough to give a special treatment to someone who defended the main suspect of their son's death.

It seems that all of the survivors of the incident are being held here. All except for Orion who caused the whole incident.

"Oh, so you are awake. How have you been?"

A familiar face woke me up. He looks exactly the same as Teivel but has longer hair and a calmer tone.

"Are you Teivel's…?"

It is the same bewitching smile as Teivel but something about her is different.

"I am Teivel's mother. Marina Carmine Ellis. I believe you are one of my son's friends. Are you still feeling unwell?"

"I am indeed Teivel's friend, my name is Arnold Lukes. Thank you for your concern madame Ellis, I am not in pain or anything."

"Why?"

She uttered in a very small voice.

"Why? Orion did not really harm the attendees except for the Albert family."

"Why are you not suffering?

You call yourself Teivel's friend when you defend his killer!

You are definitely that devil's comrade, aren't you!

Teivel's mother is crying while shouting her emotions at me. So, this is the difference between her and Teivel that I felt. Her smile is just a cover to her suffering heart.

So this is how Teivel's mother really see me as.

After this incident, Orion will sure be proven to murder Teivel as he is even capable of wiping out the whole Albert family. That is why his mother can openly curse me now.

The resentment she bottled up until now must be far greater. I am just hearing her voice and she is not physically hurting me but I feel like I am suffocating.

A man of white arrived in the room calming the missus. He is the highest regarded doctor of the country and Teivel's father, Cyrus Viel Ellis.

"I know, but please calm down. He is still a patient in our hospital."

When the young missus calmed down, she apologized and left the room leaving me and mister Ellis alone.

"I am very sorry for my wife's actions. Especially now that you are recuperating."

"Ah! No, her resentment is justified. After all I did defend Orion."

"No, no matter what you did, her actions against a patient could not be justified.

I still have more patients to see so I would leave for now. Let's have a talk when things calmed down."

Mister Cyrus left me without hearing my answer. He left with a king smile that just like his mistress, is full of sadness and hatred.

I stare blankly at the flowers on the vase near the window.

"These red amaryllises… looks like Teivel's red eyes."
