Chapter 123: Looking for dad 2

And other bodyguards blocked Richard as they saw that he had pushed away the other one.

"You can’t go inside." One of them declared.

"I would like to see you stop me." Richard said, walking away, and his bodyguards started fighting with the bodyguards so he could go inside. They were the perfect distraction he needed.

Richard walked into the mansion, but it was empty. He started walking in the living room, walking around, when a maid ran to him.

"Good morning, sir who are you looking for?" She asked, smiling sheepishly at him.

"I am looking for Mr Marcus." He stated.

"He is not around, but Miss Sofia is home." She informed. As much as he hated Sofia, he wanted to see her and ask her about his dad.

"Go and call her and tell her, her boyfriend is here." Richard said as he sat on the couch.

"Okay, sir." She said, and bowed slightly before walking up the stairs.

Richard had begun to wait, tapping his foot on the floor, when Sofia, dressed in a seductive red pajama, walked down the stairs. She eyed him and screwed up her face as she walked to him.

"What are you doing here?" she asked.

"I just came to ask you, where is my dad?" he asked, raising an eyebrow, and Sofia weirdly stared at him.

"Are you kidding me? Am I your father’s keeper?" she said rudely.

"You aren’t but my dad told me yesterday that he was coming here and since that time I haven’t seen him." Richard said.

"How is that my business? Ask my dad that." She said she was walking away, and he approached her and grabbed her shoulder; she turned back and smacked his hand off her shoulder.

"What is your problem?" she asked, gnashing her teeth.

"How can I ask your dad when he is not at home? Please call him to come home and tell him he has a guest." He said, and she rolled her eyes.

"What if I don’t." she asked.

"Then I'm not going," he stated confidently.

"Fine, I will call him." She said and walked away, swaying her hips.

Richard didn’t know where his parents were and he was getting restless as his phone started ringing again. He took out his phone and switched it off. He started walking into the house and started looking everywhere.

He walked through the passage of the house. He was walking towards the end of the passage. He didn’t know where he was going, but he was exploring the house as he started looking at the different paintings that were in front of every room in the house.

"Sofia’s dad must be an art lover." He said as he started looking at all the paintings and realized he was in the last room of the house, he turned on the door after looking at the flower painting in front of the room. When he heard a sound coming from inside the room, He looked sideways.
