CHAPTER 2

They all got out of the house and what Elisa saw surprise her.

A new sport car was parked outside with blue colour.

"This is for you darling" Her father said giving her the car key.

She went towards the car and she look at all it body.

She went to open the car and enter it checking out the inside.

She got out later and ran to her Dad then hug him.

"Thanks Dad, I love you" she said happily.

"You are welcome darling" her father said.

She broke the hug later then her mother moved towards her.

"Congratulations to you dear" she said to her and she also hugged her mum.

After a while she broke the hug and her parents went in while she stayed outside taking pictures of the car.

After she is satisfied she went in and and go straight into her room.

She got to her room then she went into their group chat.

"Girls, my Dad just bought me a new car as a graduation gift" she send to the group.

"Wow that is good, I am happy for you" Ella said.

"Oh Darling, you are really lucky" Katherine said.

She is the lousy type among them all.

Mary is the only one not online.

"I am really happy right now, would you like to see the picture of the car?" She asked them all.

"Yes, send it now" Katherine said.

"Okay, on it" Elisa said.

After a minute she send the pictures to them.

"Wow this is really nice and beautiful" Ella said.

"Yes it is" Katherine said supporting Ella.

"We are coming to your house tomorrow and don't say no" Katherine said

"Wow so soon, but it is okay" she said accepting.

"Bye guys" she said and then went offline then she went to take her bath.

After taking her bath she went downstairs and she ate her breakfast then she sat in the livingroom to watch some movies and also she began searching for a good publishing company that will help her publish her books.

She is a writer and a good one at that.

She has written many books in her name but not yet published.

She decided to wait till she finish school before she publish her stories.

Now she is done with school and she has decided to publish them.

She search for a while and she later come across one which is nearby so she decided to use there.

After watching film for a while she decided to sleep a bit.

Later in the afternoon, her father came home from work and he told her to prepare that they are going to celebrate her graduation.

She went up to her room and she dress up in a very nice dress and she went back downstairs.

Then they all went into the car and they drove away.

They got to a beach and the car stopped and they all got out.

Her father instruct the driver to bring out all the things he bought.

As he was taking them all out Elisa and her mother became surprised.

"Dad when did you buy all these" Elisa asked.

" While coming back from work"

"Dad you shouldn't have"

"It is okay dear, let's go celebrate" get father said and they all went to sit and then everything they bought was prepared and they all began eating and drinking even the driver also joined in the celebration.

Later in the evening they all went back home and they were all filled to her brim that they couldn't eat dinner so they all went to sleep.

Before Elisa sleep she chat with her friends for some hours then she sleep.

The next day she woke up and she began preparing for her friends coming.

She told her parents about their coming.

"You should have said this yesterday so we will know how to prepare" her mum said

"I am sorry mum" she said then she went up to her room to take her bath and after taking her bath she went to help the maids prepare the meal.

After she was done she went to her room and began writing one of her stories.

She was so engrossed in it that she did not know she has spent a lot of time there.

She stop later and she checked her phone and saw her friends missed calls.

She quickly called them back.

"Where were you before that you didn't pick our call?" Katherine asked.

"I am sorry, I did not hear it ring, are you coming already?"

"Yes we are almost there" they all shouted at once and she has removed her phone from her ear.

"You all want to spoil my ear right?"

"We don't care"

"Really, don't bother coming here anymore or else I will kill you all"

"You are just bluffing"

"Wait till you see then" she said and hang up.

She went down straight to inform her mother.

"Mum, my friends are almost here" she said to her.

"Okay dear, everything is set" her mum said to her.

Few minutes later she went out to bring in her friends.

As they were coming in she show them the car her father bought for her.

"Wow this is really cool, girl you are lucky" Katherine said.

"Well you will give us a ride in it before we leave" Mary said and she nodded.

After checking the car out they all went in and as they saw her mother they greeted her and she welcome them well.

They played with her mum for a while and then they went to Elisa's room later.

They all began discussing some girls stuff and hosting each other.

After some hours they were all called down to eat.

They all rush down and they went to sit at the dinning then the food was served and they all began eating.

They finish eating and they were ready to go and they bade her mother goodbye.

Elisa took them to their house in her new car and they were all excited to be in the car.

She got back home after dropping them all and she went in.

"Your friends are really amazing, I love them already"

"Yes mum they are, I am missing them already" she said sadly.

She later went to her room and she began chatting with them.

Later in the evening she went downstairs to prepare dinner though the maids were the one to do it but she insist on doing it and they let her be.

In some hours dinner was done and her father later came home and they all ate and went to sleep.

Elisa woke up the next day and she decided to go to the publishing company to publish her book.

She got up and took her bath then she dress up in a casual wear.

She took her bag and two of her stories with her.

She got downstairs and as her mum saw she was surprised.

"Darling, where are you going dress like this?" Her mum asked her.

"Mum, I am going to publish my story"

"Okay dear, good luck to you"

"Thanks mum" she said then breakfast was served and she began eating.

She was done in some minutes then she packed the dishes to the kitchen and she bade her mum goodbye and went out.

She board a cab and told the cabman she is going to SONMIC PUBLISHING COMPANY and the cabman drove her there.

They got there in an hour and she got down then she paid the cabman and went into the company.

She met the secret as she got in.

"Hello ma'am, what can I do for you?" The secretary asked.

"I am Elisa Parker and I am writer, I am here to publish my books" she said then the secretary took her to the manager's office.

They go there and the secretary inform.the manager and he told her to let her in.

Elisa got in and she saw a man sit on a chair dressed in corporate wearing, he is in his mid forties.

"You can sit" the manager said to her and she sat down then they broke began discussing and she was told the price and she agreed.

She immediately transferred the money to him and gave him the first book she want to publish.

After doing this she went out of the office and bade the secretary goodbye.

As she was about going out she bump into someone making her things fall then she bend down to pick it and the person also help her in picking it up.
