THE SEARCH: Beryl

Due to the tumultuous event happened in the 2nd District, a young thief with an extrasensory perception got lost in the Palace. A palace where the Monarchs, the phenomenal Prince, and the great echelons live. The place where elites are loved, and homeless people like her are not welcomed. Status is important in the kingdom of Eufrata. Paupers can't even step into the palace. Bad luck or as it is, the Kingdom is looking for the precious stones. So in order to get out safely and save her fellow paupers, she needs to escape. But she only have two options; Sneak out and be killed by the sentries or join the team and look for the stones. She's stuck in a dangerous struggle and grievous mission. She needs to choose. She lives no Queen nor a princess, she doesn't belong to any royalties. She isn't great as the echelons, she ain't elite either. She doesn't live a normal life, she is not just a normal girl. Because she belongs to the lowest group in kingdom. She is a pauper. But she is extraordinary. Her perception is supernatural, and she is more than that. Will she be able to survive in a breathtaking atmosphere between elites and paupers? Is there a chance for a hopeless romantic between a pauper and an elite? How is she going to survive if she finds out that her capabilities are more than of what she expected? Will she survive when THE SEARCH begins?

A loud plangent sound of a gunshot thundered the big hall of the west wing of the Palace.

Everyone was panicking, running away from the obscuring distress.

"Get out of here, 'Ma! Keep my child safe, Maximus is launching his plans! I am going to stop him!"

"Lucianno, where is your wife?" The echelon asked, "We don't have any kinds of shelter out of this palace, I have nowhere to go to keep your daughter safe!"

"'Ma, you need to go! You really need to go. I'll get you soonest after I stop Maximus!"

Another clangorous sound of a gunshot made them shivered in great fear, knowing at that moment they're in peril.

"You're not at fault, Lucianno,.."

"'Ma, I'm going to stop them! Keep my child safe! I'll look for—" The confused yet brave man flabbergasted when a different kind of bullet hit his arm. "ARGH!" He yelled to control the pain. It isn't just a bullet, it came from magic.

"Lucianno!"

"Keep my child safe, 'Ma, please!"

The atmosphere of grievance and sorrow filled the whole area. Everyone was begging for safety, and the accused man for Justice. "Lucianno, babalik ako. Anak, babalik ako." The former echelon cursed.

"Go!" And that was the sign the echelon have been waiting for, she immediately step out of the palace to get the child away from the circumstance, "Go to the farthest place! Never look back!"

The mender sorcerer ran fast as she can to protect the silent innocent child in her arms from danger.

"Run away! Protect her! She is more precious than any kind of rubies. She is my be——"

With another slam-bang, the palace became quiet.

"It's done."

The former echelon, which is the mender sorcerer stopped and looked back. With tears in her eyes, she whispered. "How about your daughter, Lucianno? You won't see her grow anymore just as you promised. Live, and look for us..."

The mender sorcerer stared at the poor child who's peacefully sleeping as if not bothered with the things happening around her.

She was ought to live a beautiful life, but now everything changed. She can't live a beautiful life, neither a normal life. What would she be?

"One day, your true color will show. You are the justice, prove them that your father is innocent." The mender sorcerer whispered to the child. "Everything will fall into places."

She took another step away, not knowing where to go. At last, she found the poorest district where elites, and the Monarchs don't even take a single glance.
