Chapter 91

I was looking at Ates with shining eyes, but he just continued to stare at me with an expressionless face.  Even his stance hadn't changed.  "What's going on?"  I asked.  As my smile started to fade slightly, I started to feel scared.

Although Ateş's gaze changed for a moment, he took on the same expression again when the hotel room door opened.  I turned my back to Ateş and waited to see who it was.

When the Great Wolf turned from the corner of the hall to appear at us, I turned to look at Ates.  He bent down and bowed to the Great Wolf.  That's when my heart started beating like crazy.  What kind of situation was I in?

"What a great spy choice I made, didn't I?"  said the Great Wolf.

The word spy rang in my ears.  When I first met Ateş, I always questioned his relationship with Cesur, but as I got to know him, I understood and accepted that his character was like this.
