After getting all the information about this world from Raymond. I decided to stop asking anything further. As I noticed some curious glances from the other prisoners and the soldier. After looking around for a little bit I started thinking what I should do in order to escape from these people.

Frankly I still do not trust the old man but I can't act arrogant in front of someone who has saved my life and who is now my benefactor. No matter how much of a bastard I am, I am not an ungrateful punk.

Just as we were moving I noticed one of the other prisoner was trying to move close to me.

'Why is this guy trying to come near me.'

"Hey. hey"

"What is it."

"I noticed that you and that old man were talking about a lot of things."

"Yeah so."

"I see, no nothing I just felt that you needed something."

"Thanks for your concern but I am fine."

"Oh, that's good to hear. I was wondering what you both were talking to each other. I also want to be a part of your conversation. I am very bored."

"Nothing much just about our past lives and what we used to do before."

"I see, then do you mind if I also take part in this discussion."

Dude this guy is seriously annoying. Annoying to the point I am feeling uncomfortable around him.

"I am a little uncomfortable with revealing my past to other. Why don't you talk to that old man he is super chatty. And he would love to have a company."

"Oh I see then tanks."

Old man I am really very sorry but I hope people will remember you sacrifice. I saluted and followed other.

After climbing mountains and walking for a little or more distance we finally managed to reach a safe spot.

"We will stop here. I will go out for scouting."

Just as the last soldier went away we all decided to comply with his order. Why? It's because this guy has a sword with himself and an armour. Unless someone sneaked behind him and ambushes him, I don't think it is the good idea to take him head on.

All the other prisoner are already look very tired and look so scrawny, that I doubt that even a sneak attack will make a difference.

"So what are you going to do now kid?"

As I was busy in my own thought old man Raymond asked me.

"I don't know, I have no idea. First I wish to find a place where there is a civilization, something like a town or village."

"I see."

And just like that we all decided to camp.

Things were going same as usual with nothing new when I suddenly heard someone coughing.

As I turned around I noticed that 2 of the prisoner were coughing and having difficulty in breathing.

"It seems they are sick."

Hearing the cold indifferent words of the soldier I felt dreaded. This guy doesn't even care if something happen to us. And why would he, he doesn't have any obligation to.

Just like that the night passes and we decided to move in the morning. I don't even know how much time has passed but as we were going we noticed a little light in the distance.

"What is that?"

To one of the prisoner question all the other present started to look at the source of light. And something unbelievable happened. The soldier shouted with mix of emotion.

"That's a village."

It looks like we have a new destination up ahead, or maybe a new trouble
