fun or sorrow 3

Aileen woke up feeling happy and today was their fun day out, she waited and Rían was not getting out so she knocked on his door

"Rían, are you ok?"

"Aileen... Aileen" he said with low voice as he slowly got up from the floor, he was shaking. he opened the door and Aileen saw him in a bad Shape. he looked like he had a fever

"are you okay?" Aileen asked but tears fell from his eyes and Aileen became worried. he moved closer and hugged her tightly

"you're alive.... you're alive" he said as he pulled her closer and didn't leave space between them as tears continued falling

"I am alive.,...alive...I am alive" he said again

"Rían you're scaring me" Aileen said but he didn't react, so Aileen comforted him as he seemed to have gone through a lot.

"let me get you water" Aileen said as she made him sit down

after a few minutes

"Rían you look sick let's go to the doctor"

"no I am fine.... forgive me for earlier, I just received a bad news this morning... please don't ask me what it was"

Aileen didn't ask and stayed quiet, after a while Rían noticed she was dressed up

"why are you dress up?"

"uhm we were to go out for fun but don't worry let's go when you feel better"

he remembered

"I am fine, let me freshen up and let's go" he didn't even wait for Aileen to respond before he left.

after showering, he still felt pain in his chest and in his abdomen and to ease it he took another pain killer. when he came out Aileen asked again about his health but he insisted on them going out.

he showed Aileen all the nicest place to see and eat, Aileen seemed to have been having fun because she failed to notice his face changing colour and how weaker he was getting or maybe he was just too good at hiding it. he behaved as if he was fine in front of Aileen and then struggle when she was not looking.

he watched her being happy and that was good enough for him. if he was dying today, he would be glad to see her happy face, especially when it's him making her happy.

there was a festival going on, he went there with Aileen and in the midst the guy he punched at the last time party saw him and came at him with his friends

"Aileen?! can you run?" he said and Aileen nodded

he took her hand and they started running

Mika saw them and ran after them too

when they saw they had out ran them, they stopped and laughed but Rían stopped laughing and Aileen looked at him, she noticed he was sweating a lot and his heart was beating very fast and he was breathing out loud and he was clenching his abdomen. he seemed to be going through a lot of pain,

before they could take a step, they met the police

"well, look who's here?" one of the officers said

"definitely not for your trouble" Aileen said as she tried to lead them away.

" how come you seem quite today, although I enjoy your fiancée bursting out in your defense, I still need you to actually not cause trouble"

before Rían could respond, he took a step forward and he blacked out

"hey kid!!" the police officer screamed

Aileen turned to see him on the floor, Mika came out of nowhere and started showing her care.

they rushed him to the hospital

"Dr. Ann, he's here again" the police officer said

"let me check on him quickly" she said and went inside leaving them outside to wait

just then the police officer received a call

"that kid blacked out again" he said on the phone

"again?" Aileen who happens to hear him say asked, the police officer turned

"uhm let me call you back" he said and hung up.

"what do you mean by again?"

"you're his fiancée right, then I should probably tell you about why he's a frequent visitor in our place"
