Chapter 3 - Evan's Self-defense

Two weeks.

That's how long evan continued his act.

He avoided his parents and friends during this time.

Evan always hides in his room during the day and would only came out at night, to see his grandmother.

Sleeping on her coffin.

When he eats, he would do it in his room.

He acted this way to show how guilty he is towards liza's death.

When the burial day came, evan didn't have a choice but to came out of his room.

But when he did so, his eyes looks like that of a lifeless person's eyes.

Because of this he earned the sympathy of the people, even more from his family.

As a result their guard towards him lowered by a lot.

He only stopped acting when 3 months had already passed since the burial day.

August, 3 2000.

It is only, more or less, a month away before evan's 18th birthday.

Right now he's walking in the street of a different city, the city of Garadon.

Why?

Because he just got a car, a brand new car even.

It's a Nissan Skyline GT-R.

And of course he decided to give it a drive test.

But evan got too excited that he reached a city tens of kilometers away from his home.

And so he decided to walk around this city because it's not everyday that he got a chance to do so.

As evan walks on the street, something or someone attracted his curiosity.

In an isolated dark alley, a group of people had just arrived.

There's a orange curly haired woman that wears a revealing clothes.

The woman's petite body paired with her D-cup breast is worth killing for.

When evan looked carefully he saw that she's being surrounded by a group of men.

Every single one of them has a couple of tattoo or more on their muscled body.

Evan tilted his head and decided to get closer to the alley.

He leaned his back on a wall as he listen to thier conversation.

"Come on woman we're gonna take you to heaven."

A man with brown hair and big scar on his face said.

"Yes~ yes~ come with us we'll show you what true pleasure is like."

Added a man with the smaller body build than the others, he too has brown hair.

"Enough! I said I wouldn't do it with all of you!"

The woman exclaim as she tried to walk away.

"Where do you think you're going?"

But then a tall man with the biggest body build among the men blocked her way out.

He has blond hair and a piercing on his ears.

"Enough talking just forced her if she doesn't want to listen, nobody would help her anyway."

Another man with black hair said, his body build and height is not that far away from the blond man.

And soon enough the two brown haired men began to approach the woman.

Evan silently watched all of this happened.

"Help! Somebody help me!"

The woman shouted as the two man began to drag her away.

Evan tilted his head upwards and then a voice spoke inside his head.

[You wanna help her?]

Evan didn't answer and just brought out a pair of black gloves from his backpack.

Evan prepared the things he thought he would need anytime before he left his home.

And put it on a black leathered backpack.

Inside the bag are his clothes, snack bars, water, gloves, and money.

'No, I want to kill them.'

He thought as he walk towards the group of men.

"Who are you!?"

When evan step out of his hiding spot the black haired man saw him and asked.

But evan just ignored the man and started to run towards him instead.

The man was startled to see his action but then he grinned as he brought out a knife.

The man played with the knife on his hands as he waited for evan to reach his range.

However just as evan was about to enter the man's range, evan jump to the side.

And then a knife passed by at where he was just a second ago.

"Jake! he's my prey!"

Evan looked at the tall blond man, named jake, as the black haired man complained.

"Then finish it fast or else you'll only get to enjoy a corpse."

"Tch."

Jake said and the other man clicked his tongue as a response.

But jake didn't care much about how he reacted as he move away from him.

Evan picked up the knife from the ground and then he spoke.

"Now this is a self defense."

When they heard him they all have different reactions.

Jake ignore it and leaned on the wall.

"What does he mean by that?"

Asked the brown haired man with a frown.

"I don't know and I don't care, the only thing I know is we have to hold this bitch down for now."

The man with the scar on his face said while grinning.

"Yeah, you're right jimmy."

The brown haired man responded then he grinned towards the woman.

The woman on the other hand look towards evan with hopeful eyes.

For her, he's the only hope she got to get out of this situation.

"Help me!"

And so she shouted.

Evan gave the woman one last glance before he made his move.

Evan throw little rocks towards the black haired man while running towards him.

The man dodge the rocks, by turning his body to the side, but this gave evan an opening.

Evan jumped forward as he tighten his grip on the knife and then he stab the knife towards the man's torso.

The man notice evan but he didn't panic, instead he blocked evan's knife with his own.

The man tried to punch evan, but just before his fist reach evan.

Evan dropped his knife and jump to the side avoiding the punch.

After landing on the ground evan jumped again, to match the man's height, then he did a reverse roundhouse kick onto the man's head.

*Klok*

The heels of evan's shoe hit the man's temple then dizziness began to swallow the man.

Although evan is only 5'8 in height and the man is 6'5, it didn't stop evan from attacking.

And because of evan's daily training, for the past five years plus his unnatural strength since he was a kid, he reached the strength that can match even someone three times of his size.

As the man hold his head from the dizziness, he too dropped his knife and evan found another opening to attack.

Evan picked up the two fallen knifes, the one he dropped and the man's knife, and then he rush towards the man.

He holds the knifes in a ice-pick grip and jumped into the man's head.

Evan landed on the man's shoulder before he starts to stab his head.

*Stab* *Stab*

"Aaaugghh!! J-jake he-help!!"

The man shouts in pain but evan ignore it and continue stabbing.

*Splash* *Splash*

Blood flew everywhere as evan stab the man's head.

Even stab the man's cheeks, ears, nose, even the top of the head, as well as the eyes.

*Stab* *Splash*

*Thud*

Only after the 19th stab did the man fall to the ground.

Blood continue to came out of the man's faceless head as it's body lay on the floor.

Evan wipes the blood out of his face before he turned to jake and then evan smiled.

Shivers.

They all felt that feeling as they looked at the teen in front of them.

But after they shivers they all have different reaction.

"You.. You killed him! Sam, jimmy kill that motherfucker!"

Jake shouted in anger.

When sam and jimmy heard jake's order they hesitated.

But then when jake looked at the two, his cold eyes said everything they needed to know.

And so they both began to run towards evan with knife on their hands.

While the woman remained on her place.

Although she could run now and be free, the woman didn't move.

She wanted to see what would happen next, as she feels a foreign excitement bloom inside her.

And so she intently watch the show in front of her.

Jimmy reach evan first and then he swung his hand that's holding the knife.

*Swish*

The knife almost split evan's throat but thankfully he avoided it on the last second.

*Drip*

However a wound still made it's way on evan's throat as blood came out of it.

Jimmy grinned at the sight of evan's wound allowing him to calm down a little.

Then as evan looks at jimmy, sam suddenly appeared behind him and tried to stab him.

Evan noticed sam and decided to redirect his momentum to jimmy.

Evan dodge sam's attack and then pushed sam towards jimmy.

Because of the sudden push, sam tripped and blocked jimmy's sight of evan.

Evan didn't want this chance to be wasted so he rushed towards the two.

And his knifes were soon impaled into their throat.

*Splash* *Splash*

Evan pulled out the knifes and then blood began to shower him.

His blue clothes now became red in color while his black hair were soaked by blood.

*Thug* *Thug*

Sam and jimmy's lifeless bodies fall on the ground at the same time.

But evan is not done yet.

*Stab* *Splash* *Stab*

Evan continue to stab their dead body as his smile grew larger.

*Stab* *Splash* *Stab*

As evan stabs their body more blood flew towards him and created a mess everywhere.

Jake watched all of this in horror.

Although his appearance says otherwise, the truth is he's a coward.

Jake mostly relay on his intimidating look everytime he got in trouble or a fight.

But right now he knew his looks won't do shit to the demon in front of him.

Jake took a step backwards as evan stood up and walks towards him.

Evan wipes the blood on his face once again while a wicked smile formed on his lips.

Although evan found killing boring, when he first did it, that's only because his victim wore a mask at that time.

While when he killed his grandmother, he decided to use a very easy way to do the task.

That's why evan didn't get to know the feeling he's having right now.

The excitement he got when he watched them to scream in their agony.

The color of the blood that came out of them as they cry.

And the look on their eyes as they die.

He couldn't stop himself from smiling as blood continue to fall on his cheeks.

He doesn't even find the blood annoying anymore because he began to enjoy bathing on it.

"Wa-wait le-let's talk about t-this okay?"

Jake stuttered while he continue to walk away from evan.

But evan just ignore him and continue to come closer towards him.

"S-shit!"

Jake cursed and began to think of how to fight evan.

He looks around him and then he saw the orange haired woman.

Jake brought out a small pocket knife and then he run towards the woman.

"S-stop!! D-don't come closer or I will k-kill her!!"

Jake aimed the knife on her throat and then shouted.

"He-help me please!"

The woman yelled as a small wound formed on her throat because jake pressed on it.

Evan heard her then he stopped walking and asked.

"Why should I?"
