2 02. Running away

Crystal pov;

'Wait isn't that-. did I just.' Crystal thought as she yell "WHAT!!!?"

Flashback ends;

Crystal thought while sighing. 'And here I am reincarnated as the main villainess who will be dying in the hands of my so called fiancee the crown prince of Alfear, Louise Cyber.

No matter what I won't died. I know I won't interact myself with Lilac then I should be fine right. I hope so.

I know I will ran away within this week before my brother come home.'

Crystal was smiling to herself while thinking of her plan to escape this place.

When they got to the castle they went to the throne room to go and greet the king and the queen.

The king and queen both adore crystal very much due to her intelligent brain.

They treat Crystal like their own daugther and engage her to the crown prince.

'The original Crystal might love the prince but not me. To me he's more like a scumbag. My Crystal died because of him.'

Crystal thought as she greeted the king and queen. The king has golden bright hair, which is a symbol of the royal family, and dark green eyes.

He gave off a calm yet fierce aura. The queen has sky blub hair and soft pink eyes. Unlike the king she gave off a soft and comfortable aura.

The king told Crystal to go find the crown prince Louise, her fiancee, while they take with her father, the Duke.

So she left them to talk and left to go find Louise, her fiancee. She can roam freely in the castle because she was given a free pass by the king.

'Do i really have to find him. That scumbag.' Then Crystal went to the garden to find him.

She saw various flowers blooming in the garden beautifully. She look everywhere but she can't find the Prince.

Then she found a girl sitting on the fountain in the garden. She had mint hair and orange eyes.

Crystal approach the girl to ask where the royal scumba- i mean the crown prince was.

"Excuse me" Crystal said but no respon so she tap on her shoulder to get her attention but instead the girl got frightened and fell into the fountain which made it seem like Crystal push her.

"Omg I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to frightened you. I was just trying to get your attention. Here let me help you up."

Crystal was about to help her when a voice call out. "What do you think you are doing?". It was the royal scumba- I mean the crown prince himself.

He approach them and push Crystal away from the girl and help her up. "Wait why did you-"

"First bullying and now pushing people into the fountain. I thought it was just rumors but it turns out to be ture ha." I was cut off by the crown prince.

'This little son of a bitch.' Crystal thought. "Wait your highness-" the mint haired girl tried to explain only to be cut off by the Prince again.

"I know you like me but you can't be possessive over me. Plus this is Shinsu's sister and my childhood friend.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to help Delia get dry clothes because someone just push her into the fountain.

I can't see you today so please leave."

The crown prince leave with Delia leaving Crystal behind. Crystal who was left dumbfounded become very angry.

She was hurt by the Prince's words. She was accused of pushing someone into the fountain without even proof.

'I swear Crystal how did you even like this kind of scumbag you need some glasses girl.'

She thought as she pick herself and went back to her dearest father. Ignore the sarcasm.

She was very mad. The old Crystal may forgive the crown prince but as this Crystal was an intelligent girl getting accused without proof hurt my pride.

She's not a person to let her pride be broken. When she got back to the throne room.

The air in the throne room was air little tense. So she got worry. Then the king spoke up "Crystal I heard that you were in a coma. Are you ok now."

Crystal bow slightly and said "I am well now your highness. Thank you for your concern.

This lowly one will never felt more joyous." The king smile warmly and said "I am glad then you may go back now."

Crystal look at the warm expression on the king's face and thought 'Are you sure that scumbag is this gentle king's biological son.'

Then they went back to the mansion. After dinner Crystal chase away all the maids and lock the doors so she can start planning her escape.

'All I have to do is get to the port before sunrise by the day after tomorrow and I'll be free.

If I remember correctly the maid usually just neglect Crystal like the rest of the Light family. So this is an advantage for me.

My so called brother will be back the day after tomorrow. That's the perfect plan.'

Crystal thought as she wrote down her plan and went to bed the next day she went out to town to buy thing and be prepare.

On the day of my departure;

Crystal woke up early. She peek through the door to find an empty corridor.

'Just as I thought. Seriously Crystal was still a child. What if there were assassins or something.'

Crystal thought as she change my clothes and grab the bag she prepare yesterday. There are some items and a lot of money inside.

Crystal sneak out to the duke's office. she went into the office and close the door gently not noticing the sleeping Duke on his table.

'Heck it scared the life out of me'. She thought as she look at the sleeping duke on the table.

Then she took the stamp on the table and stamp on a document that she fake to make sure they won'r check her identity and she heard him mutter something."You wrench"

'The fuck is wrong with these people. You even call the poor Crystal like that in your sleep.' I thought as I look at him hatefully and left the office.

'Since Crystal was a talented mage from the beginning I can use magic.' Crystal thought as she used magic to went to the port.

Once she got to the port, it was already sunrise. Crystal got up to a ship that was just departing and left as she set sail toward the sea.

After riding a ship for three days Crystal arrived at her destination. It was a port city near the borders of Alfear.

Far far far away from the capital where all her problems are. She want into town while wearing a hood and mask.

She went to the town square only to be met with the most unexpected sight ever.

There were posters of her label as missing. It was her so called family. 'Like WTF weren't you even cursing Crystal even in your sleep.

What's with the sudden situation.' Crystal didn't think further as she ran away from the capital and into the forest.

She was catching my breath as millions of thoughts were running in her mind.

After a while she eventually calm down as she look around. 'Seeing the situation I don't think I can live in Alfear.

I have to leave this kingdom as soon as possible.' Crystal thought as she look around the forest for a while when she saw a man with red hair lying on the grass.

'Is he dead.' She went near him. Then is saw a wild bore charging toward him.

Crystal quickly went in front of him and accidentally used magic and save him. After she defeat the wild bore she heard clapping.

Crystal turn around to saw a man with red hair and blue eyes. It was the same man lying on the grass a minute ago.

He smile as her and said "You got some pretty good skills kid." Crystal face turn to displeasure.

"Seeing as you are fine I think I just used my energy for nothing." I said as she turn around to leave.

Then he grab my wrist. Crystal glare at him while he hold his hands up. "Sorry for that but I wasn't lying when I said your magic skills are impressive. My name is Tim Owen."

Crystal ignore him and walk away when she heard him say "I know you. You are the girl in the poster who was reported as missing.

Seeing as you are alone I guess you are running away what do you think will happen if I reported you."

She turn around and said "You-" Then Crystal sigh in defeat and said "Fine what do you want."

He then explain me about his true identity. Turns out he was the principal of Warlock.
