Forgetting
While on the helicopter, Sophia fell asleep and had a dream.
In her dream, a castle was built on the lakeside, standing under the blue sky.
And the air was filled with the sweet smell of bread and food.
It was like a fairy tale.She and Alexander stood in front of the priest with happy faces, reciting their lifelong vows.
On the side, Sophia's father was looking at them with a smile.Her mother was crying and seemed reluctant to let her marry.Her lovely children, Alexa and Axel, walked around her and Alexander, asking for their hugs.
Suddenly, a discordant voice sounded, interrupting the happy scene.
"Sophia, I'm sorry, but I can't marry you."
It was Alexander who spoke.He looked at Sophia expressionlessly and said again, "We can't get married."
Sophia's eyes widened in disbelief.
"But why? Don't we love each other?"
