Level Ten

The next morning, Lex awoke to the sound of screeching and thunder. He cautiously opened his eyes but didn't remove his cloak.

Peering down from the tree he had spent the night in, he was taken aback to see a group of goblins lurking below.

Rubbing his eyes and then reaching for his Gearhearts, he aimed at the monsters. With a well-aimed shot, he fired at them, causing them to scatter in fear.

Once the threat was gone, Lex climbed down from the tree and retrieved some food from his storage bag.

He began to eat while heading north, staying vigilant and keeping an eye out for any potential dangers.

Though he didn't sense anything amiss, he remained cautious on his journey. Lex crossed the stone bridge and saw miles of grasslands.

He took out the map and started to locate where he was and soon found it. He looked toward the mountains in the distance and knew Celestial City lay just beyond that.
