Somewhere within the Shuriman continent.
A massive living structure lies; why is a structure called living? Because if you look closely, the thing is breathing! On its back, a giant purple portal lies. The knowledgeable would know what it is and they would stay away from it, because this is the portal that led to the unknown Void!
The Void is a manifestation of the unknowable nothingness that lies beyond. It is a force of insatiable hunger, waiting through the eons until its masters, the mysterious Watchers, mark the final time of undoing, and so usher in total oblivion across Runeterra.
Creatures born in the void are driven by their insatiable hunger for destruction. That is why those that have been victimized by the void will be brainwashed to that of a mass-murdering weapon, only by killing will they get the essence they need to revive their lord, the watchers.
Some brave souls had trodden on the unknown voids, no one had succeeded to come out alive; there had been two conclusions been made, the people who went in either became the foods for the creatures within, or they had become those creatures.
…
"The plan failed?"
Two humanoid figures stood on the head of a void creature, one of them knelt on the ground, reporting the result that had happened in PiltOver.
"You guys were given enough resources for the operation, AND YOU DARE SAID THAT YOU FAILED?" The other figure turns around, revealing a hooded man, his eyes shining with bright blue color, two magical gloves that are emitting a purple-like aura.
*PAH*
"PATHETIC!" The man backhanded the figure, sending the person flying. The person in question is covered with a helmet, on their back are two black- and purple-colored wings, those can't be called wings because they are not attached to the figure, they float on the figure's back, like two magnets that are repelling one another.
"AHH," A womanly yelp came out of her. The mask that covered her face opened. Revealing a womanly face, with black hair and purple eyes, striped marks covered her face, like a cat whisker.
"I'm sorry, Sir. Prophet, this incident won't repeat itself!" Despite the pain on her face, which was dripping with blood, she still knelt and apologized. Her eyes are masked with deep anger and hatred, as she stares at the man.
"You better hope the incident won't repeat itself, the masters have high hopes on you, oh daughter of the void..." The man spoke as he stares at her.
"Kaisa."
"Now, tell me what had happened in PiltOver." The "Prophet" demanded.
Kaisa then told him the process, making the "Prophet" frown in anger.
"The Leauge interfered?"
"Tcch, very well, you can leave." The man spat; turns around and waves his hand at Kaisa, indicating her to leave.
Kaisa didn't say anything, her mask closed and she turns around. Plasma lights emitted from her wings. as she took off. Leaving the Prophet alone atop of the void creature.
"Damn you, League of Legends, once master arrive, you'll be done for. HAHAHAHA." He laughed menacingly
….
Back to PiltOver.
Jayce who is handcuffed stood in the middle of the conference table. Ahead of him are the 7 councilors, who stare at him with various thoughts. Some are surprised, others like Medera don't dare to look at him, because before the notice of him joining the League, they were the ones who were adamant about getting him brainwashed, to be the tools of "their."
"Ahem." A cough came from Heimerdinger, as he tried to grab everyone s attention.
"Today, we are here to witness the trial of Jayce Talis." He stood up and spoke.
"Let's make this quick and easy, I'm a busy person; after all, the PiltOver's future is resting on my shoulders," Heimer spoke sarcastically. These people had been getting ahead of themselves, ever since Hex-tech was invented, their status naturally rose, so did their ego. Although he's an easy person, that doesn't mean he is easy to bully. Back at the first trial, they were adamant about arresting Jayce, stoop over his head like they are his father.
"Jayce Talis was found innocent and were forcefully accused of being a criminal, resulting in him being wrongfully imprisoned." Heimer then stood up on his chair and bowed in Jayce's direction.
"I, Heimerdinger, on the behalf of the council and the people of PiltOver, want to make a sincere apology."
Jayce staring at this felt warmth in his heart. Although he was innocent and did nothing wrong; only this old man stood up for him, even risking his career and councilor position, when the whole council was against him, he stood his ground, for a stranger. But.
"I don't accept." Jayce declared, everyone stared at him in confusion; even his mother, who was in the stand, looked at him with a worriedly confused expression.
"What don't you want to accept, Jayce?" Heimer asked.
'What is this brat doing? Didn't we discuss this beforehand?' Heimer is in turmoil as he looks at the snotty brat.
"Don't get me wrong, it's not that I want to go back to prison, but I don't want to accept the apologies from you," Jayce spoke, then he turned his face, looking at the other counselors.
"I want the people who suggested my arrest to kneel and apologize in front of me, in public." Jayce coolly spoke.
*BAM*
"IMPOSSIBLE! DON'T YOU DARE TO GO FAR TALIS BOY!" One of the counselors stood up and banged his desk, snarling at Jayce.
Jayce didn't feel afraid, as he shrugged.
"Why not? Or is it that you only know how to bully the weak but don't dare to admit your wrongdoings? Is this the so-called "the ruler" of PiltOver, aside from a few, most of you are just waste that is polluting the kingdom!" Jayce spoke.
*GASP* The crowd on the stand gasped.
"So, this was a scheme from the council?"
"I guess so, even professor Heimerdinger said it was "forcefully accused" someone must have stirred up the pot."
"The boy also hinted that some of the council members are abusing their power, is that true?"
Various conversations resound in the stand. Some of the members' faces turn ugly as they glare at Jayce.
"Jayce Talis, are you rebelling? Why are you causing a riot and spreading false information?" Melany stood up and glared at him. At this point, she knew that Jayce was adamant about getting rid of them, although she's intimidated by the league, she knows that the league can't butt in the affairs of local's authority. She decided to go against him.
"I am not rebelling nor am I causing chaos, I am just speaking the truth, as for how to verify the truth?" He smirks.
"You'll know sooner or later."
