Matthew hid in a wall as he wondered what he would do to get through this small group of zombies, so Matthew remembered that his sword had the ability [Light Ki] that killed a zombie as if it were nothing, but he didn't know if the skill would kill all the zombies at once, Matthew stayed for about five minutes trying to think of a new plan, which would have a greater chance of success than simply trusting in luck and praying that the skill would kill all the zombies, but unfortunately, Matthew couldn't think in anything and certainly standing there wouldn't be an option, since Matthew was extremely hungry for all the training and combat he has faced so far.

Then Matthew took a deep breath to create courage and walked slowly and cautiously toward the zombies as he thought of trying to calm down and gain confidence from the stupidity he was about to do:

"Well, at least the corridor is narrow, which gives me a greater chance of killing them."

Matthew then raised his sword and placed it horizontally as he aimed at the zombie's head and activated the ability [Light Ki], this time however, Matthew wasn't in immediate danger and can observe the ability being activated, it was simply beautiful, a white flash with a majestic aura, as if a kind deity were in that place, but Matthew can't observe the effect for a long time as the ability was activated after a second of being casted.

The skill crossed the corridor with a speed that was almost impossible to keep up with human eyes, the air around seemed to vanish from the sudden rise in temperature, so the ability hit the zombie's head, melting the head of eight zombies and melting the half of the head of the ninth zombie, when the skill lost its power and stopped moving on.

Matthew immediately felt his vision darken as he fell to the ground, beginning to feel a deep exhaustion emerging from his body, but he could handle it all when he realized that there was still another zombie to contend with, who kept running toward Matthew stepping on the corpse of his companions when the zombie arrived in front of Matthew who only now managed to get up and hit Matthew, fortunately for Matthew the zombie had failed to accelerate due to the corpse of his companions on the ground and struck a blow towards the head of Matthew, the [Shield of Salvation] was activated costing a mana point to defend Matthew from the attack, which reacted by cutting off the remaining zombie's head.

Matthew after finishing the last zombie couldn't resist the fatigue and fell to the ground while fainting.
