THE ROYAL MAGNIFICENT
The third-person omniscient point of view.
It has been a month since the king goes to war. Queen Hina misses him more than anything in the whole world.
The palace is turned upside down since he is not in the palace and the royal family treat her like trash. They always called her bad luck or a golddigger, she hate the fact that the queen's mother dislike her.
Her eyes met with the picture of her and the king that was on the bedstand table. She took the picture and started caressing it softly.
"I miss you, my love. "She muttered softly. She look at the picture with a wide smile and she recalled the day they took the picture together.
FLASHBACK = A FEW MONTHS AGO / KING VINCE'S STUDY ROOM
Queen Hina was in the study room with king Vince, she was busy checking something out while king Vince was busy arranging the file. Soon the door opened and Alex enter without knocking.
"Man, learn how to knock, what if we are in the middle of something?" King Vince said without raising his head from what he was doing.
"What's up, dude?" He asked as he took a sit beside him.
"Just organising some documents. "He replied and focus on what he was doing.
"My beautiful Queen. "Alex called getting Hina's attention.
"Good that you are here, can you please show me where Vince's childhood picture is?" She asked with a bright smile.
Alex tries to stand up but King Vince pinch him and then signals him not to show her.
"Of course my Queen. "Alex replied and pretended not to see Vince's scary glare. He walked to a drawer and brought it out for her.
"Thanks. "She muttered and open it happily.
The first picture was the king and a woman with a little baby, they are putting on a royal robe with a gold crown.
She looks at the picture again and looks very confused. Seeing how confused she was, Alex decided to help her out.
"That is Vince's father and the Queen's mother with baby Vince. "He said smiling handsomely
"Oh. "Queen Hina muttered and continue to go throw it, she kept asking questions and Alex answer all her questions
She suddenly stopped when she gets to a particular picture
"Who is this with you?" She asked and Alex let out an evil smirk
"That is Vince. "He muttered and Vince look up from what he was doing.
"Ha Ha! that is Vince?"She asked with an evil smirk.
"What?" He asked as he saw how Hina let out an evil smirk.
"Yes, he loved to wear a princess dress when he was a toddler and pretend to be a princess, he love princess dresses back then. "Alex smirked and Vince send him a 'You are dead if I caught you ' look.
"I thought I have burn everything. "Vince said inwardly.
"So you used to wear a princess dress? that is cute! I will keep it" Queen Hina said and placed a kiss on the picture
"No you can't, because -- --- "Vince said but he stops by Hina's glare.
"You say?" Hina asked
"You can have it. "Vince said and send an angry look to Alex, who return it with a smirk
"Since you love to pretend like a princess when you are a toddler, let me make your hair and dress you up. "Queen Hina said and jump up happily.
"What!! "Both Vince and Alex exclaimed shocked, not believing what they just heard.
"Yes, what did you think?"Queen Hina asked Alex bringing him out of shock.
"Yes, I have a camera with me in case. "Alex said which increase king Vince's anger
"That is not possible Hina, am the king and you don't expect me to be seen in a female dress. "Vince said trying to change Hina's mind, but Hina surprise him and started sobbing
"My life. "King Vince muttered and immediately walked toward her, he bent in her front and raised his hand to touch her, but Hina hit his hand away and continue sobbing
"Please stop these tears, Hina, seeing you sad is what I loathe most. "He added, not without giving Alex an 'I will kill you look'
"So can I dress you up?" Hina with her best puppy face.
"That is hilarious!!! seeing me in a lady dress is a bad idea. My people, many think that am going crazy. "He said softly, and Hina's eyes widened a bit, while king Vince smile inwardly.
"Okay, but can I make your hair?" She pouts
"Hmm?"
"But what--- ---"He stopped talking when Hina started again
"Okay, fine. "He raise his hand in defeat, and Hina giggled and clapped her hands happily.
A FEW MINUTES LATER
"Thada!!! "Hina said as she hand over a mirror to Vince
"It's lovely. "He forces a smile.
"Thanks, let me call Alex to take our picture. "She said and rushes out before Vince could say a jerk.
END OF FLASHBACK
"Come back soon my love. "She said and hug the frame tightly.
"Queen Hina, are you ready for your food?" Molly asked drawing her back to reality.
"I am not eating. "She said stubbornly and hold to the frame tightly.
"Well since you are not hungry, I will eat it since am starving. "Molly said and touches her tummy dramatically, before turning to leave.
"You dare not!! The food is mine. "Queen Hina yelled before rushing after Molly.
"Gosh!! you are not caring at all!! I trust Vince, he will beg me to eat the food. "She said and Molly hiss out loud
"And did I look like your husband, fool? you want me to beg you when am also starving. "Molly hiss and pick up her cutlery and started eating.
"So mean. "Queen Hina replied and tried to have her sit when she suddenly feel a pain in her belly button, and she screamed out loud'
"Hmm!!! "She scream and Molly quickly drop the cutlery she was holding and rushed toward Queen Hina.
"Are you okay big sister? what happened?" Molly asked in a panicked voice.
"My water just broke. "Queen Hina said in pain as she felt much pain in her tummy.
"Guards!! Guards!! "Molly yelled and three guards rushed in.
"Let's take her to the royal clinic, she's about to give birth. "Molly added and the guards rushed to Queen Hina's side and help her out of her chamber.
They are about to enter the clinic when the Queen's mother appears and stopped them.
"Where to?" The Queen's mother asked rudely.
"She's about to put to bed, as you can see. "Molly replied rudely and signal the guards to move.
"Royals can't give birth in the clinic. "Queen Army said with an annoying smirk.
"What!! "Molly exclaims shockingly and raises her hand to slap Queen Army in anger but the Queen's mother stopped her.
"She is right, it is an abomination for a royal to give birth in the clinic. "The Queen's mother said and Molly's anger increased.
"So, where is she meant to give birth, if she can't be put to bed in the clinic? "Molly asked and tried to control herself from killing the two fools.
"What are you waiting for!! take her to the clinic now!! "She yelled at the guards, but the Queen's mother stop them.
"Are you trying to change our constitution, lady!! Royals are meant to give birth on top of the Royal magnificent, according to the constitution of this land. "She said with an evil smirk
"What!! can't you see she is in pain!! The place is far from here, she may die before we get there. "Molly yelled in anger.
"Well, that is the way I give birth to the king, as you can see slave, am still alive. "The Queen's mother smirked before facing the guards.
"Get a carriage. "She commands
"What will happen if I say she will not give birth in that annoying royal magnificent?" Molly asked in a daring voice.
"Then get ready to lose the baby immediately after giving birth to the baby. "The queen's mother responds with a wide smirk.
"What are you waiting for? guide her to the carriage!! "I yelled and the guards turned toward the carriage and help Queen Hina in.
"Let's see how you will survive this. "The Queen's mother said inwardly before walking toward a carriage with the queen's Army.
