For a minute or two, Arianna stared into the thin air speechless. She couldn't think of anything, it felt like the world around her came to an abrupt stop. She gradually dropped to the bare floor, for it seemed she had become lame as well. Finally Arianna began to feel her eyes, tears flowed without control. Red just watched and cried along.
As the noise upstairs got more intensified, it helped Arianna to regain consciousness, " what happened Red? How ? " Arianna asked minutes later, accepting the reality.
Red wanted to speak, but her mouth was left hanging, widely opened. More tears flowed like drops of rain. Arianna's hair had become roughened, as she randomly and unintentionally scratched the hair.
" Aunt Marie just raised an alarm this morning, she screamed so loudly that everyone around the king's room came to her call. ( Red finally began speaking ) We all rushed out to find that the king was dead. " Red summarized.
