My first day in Rivermoore

I thought Rivermoore was just another ordinary town, but I discovered there are secrets about this place ready to be revealed.

Today, I and my mother finally moved on to Rivermoore and I can't wait to enjoy my first day at school. Meet new friends, kiss some guy from Bleachers(football team). "Really? Does my phone have to ring in the middle of my recording? And guess who it is, my mom."

Mom; Good morning, honey! I had to leave early today, but I called you to wake you up and go to school.

Me; Mom! You ruined my film!

Mom; Oh! I am late to be part of your talents programme?

Me; MOM! This is serious! Ugh, wait a minute.

"I am so upset with her and it is better to go to bed and talk behind the cameras. Shit, mom!"

I am at Rivermoore High now and I don't feel comfortable here. I am so worried about how I am going to fit in. "Many new faces and people. Where do I go first? Maybe that teenage couple can help me. He is tall and has muscles and she is a red-haired girl. They look nice!"

She points to a red-haired boy using a football uniform.

Bridget C.; That one is Albert Allen. He is funny and cool, but he is lazy too.

She points to a dark-skinned girl with almost violet black hair wearing fashionable clothes.

Bridget C.; He is dating Vivian Lindsay, my best friend. She is from a wealthy family.

She points to a boy who just scared Vivian. The boy uses a grey hood. She knows I was staring at the boy.

Bridget C.; That one is Jared Johson. He loves hamburgers and is a lone wolf.

And it is no surprise to me. She points to the rude couple.

Bridget C.; That one is Carolyn Briggs and the guy talking with her is Reece Mccoy. I would stay away of them if I was you.

The school bell rings.

Bridget C.; And this is the school bell(laughs) and it is better to hurry to the classroom.

Me: But where is the classroom?

Bridget C.; Well...

Taylor H.: Don't worry Cooley. I can show her.

Bridget C.; Thank you so much, Taylor. I'll see you later.

"Huh, the blond girl is Bridget. Interesting."

Bridget says goodbye and a new girl is talking to me. She is dark-skinned, with curly brown hair, and she looks like a pop star. Maybe a new Beyoncé.

Taylor H.; I will be your new guide now.

Me; You can be whatever you want.

"What have I said right now? Really? Be what she wants to be? Go easy, Kwong. You are overdoing it. And why suddenly I am interested in her? Is it right? I mean, in South Korea I always dated boys, but never felt attraction to girls."

Taylor H.; Come. I know you will like Rivermoore.

We go to the locker aisle and I am taken by surprise.

Me; Blue and Gold?

Taylor H.; I am one of the School Academic Journal Blue and Gold members. I am their lead blogger.

The school bell rings again.

She shows me the classroom with door number 297.

"This is an incredible school. I mean, how can they have fifth rooms and name with number through 300?"

She leaves waving and I am in front of my classroom door.

After going into the classroom, I presented myself and choose a desk to watch the class. Now I am watching a boring class, but I know it will end soon. Being a no-one and a new girl in town is hard for me to fill in.

"Where are we going to have a break? The time is passing by and I am in the classroom yet. This is a curse!"

The school bell rings.

Me; Finally!

It is break time and I am going to the canteen to try to meet new friends. I've known Bridget and Taylor and saw some teenagers. But I don't know where I start first. The blond girl is talking with the rich girl, Vivian Lindsay.

Bridget C.; Hey, Kwong! How was your first day at school?

Me; I was invited to go to Chatswin by that cute and wonderful girl.

Vivian L.; Oh my goodness! She is beautiful!

Vivian whispers to Bridget about something, but it doesn't matter to me. I've just heard one word, Albert.

Me; Albert?

Vivivan L.; My boyfriend.

Bridget C.; It is hard to explain.

Vivian L.; Yes, but I won't let you go out dressed like that.

Both start looking at me with strange expressions. I think they are going to do something with me. "HELP!"

Now the class is done, and we are visiting some clothes stores in Rivermoore. We are at the tenth store of Rivermoore Centre in an aisle of manikins and more.

Vivian L.; Hey muggle? It is time to change your look to a new one.

Me; Muggle? Who do you think you are?

Bridget C.; Relax. This is how she calls someone when it is out of the fashion trends. In her opinion, of course.

Me; Ok, but you are right. I need to shop for new things and I would like to surprise Taylor too.

Bridget: Try this on!

"Are they really trying to make me feel good? I think I'll try this trend one. But which one fits me? I think the trendy one is good. Ok then! Definitely, it will help me on my first date."

Me; Thank you for your help. I don't know what I would do without you.

Vivian L.; I would like to join you, but today I have other plans. Tell me more tomorrow.

Vivian L. is the first one to leave the store. But I and Bridget am in line to buy the clothes.

A few minutes passed...

Now we are going to my home and she will help me change as she promised to me.

Bridget C.; I am going to pick up my brother first before Chatswin. But I'll meet you there later. Bye, Kwong.

A man with grey hair and a well-dressed walk angrily through the aisle.

Taylor H.; Mr Linday, hi!

"I think she knows him somehow. But why the man ignored her?"

Me; Who is him?

Taylor H.; He is Vivian's father. He is just one more richest man of Rivermoore. But I haven't seen him at Chatswin before. What is the planning?

Me; He looks worried.

Taylor H.; (laughs) It might be because Albert has done something again. Come on, let's go!

We sit at a table next to the window at Chatswin and see the place's owner, worried.

Mrs Chad: He won't have the power to fire me! He had been trying to buy my Chatswin for years. But I won't sell to him!

Me; It looks like there is some drama in the air! (commenting)

Taylor H.; I don't know what is happening, but you survived your first day at Rivermoore. You should be celebrating with hamburgers from here.

Carolyn B.; Taylor! You came! What a coincidence you and I are here.

"That rude red hair girl again. You gotta be kidding me!"

Carolyn B. looks at me with a strange expression. I think she is jealous or envious.

Me; I've been facing many drama queens to see how they feel and you look the same. You are jealous or scared. If Taylor really likes you, she would be with you before my arrival at Rivermoore. If she doesn't like you, the problem is yours and not mine.

Carolyn B. leaves to another table, disappointed and angry. Well, now I am leaving to answer my mom's call.

Me; Hello, mom! I am going home late tonight. I met some friends and they are showing me a place with good taste of food.

Mom; Wait, real friends? Not your followers?

Me; Yes, mom.

Mom; It is ok, don't worry ladybug. This is more important than anything nowadays.

Me; Thanks, mom! I promise I will help you later.

Mom; Great! Have fun and be well!

Me; Sure!

Someone starts screaming FIRE and it calls my attention. "Problems? Have I heard well? Fire? It is better to end my call and..." I turn around and see Chatswin in fire and everyone getting out there running and screaming scared. "I don't know if someone is already dead, but I need to record this moment to talk about with my followers."

At Greenmoore, Sarah Morningstar is questioning a demon. The demon already confessed twenty-four times as innocent and a victim of rumours around Hell.

Sarah M.; Do you think you can fool me with your lies?

Krivake; I swear for my head I am telling you the truth!

Sarah M.; Do you swear? Huh, he swears!

Sarah M. laughs sarcastically and her subjects do the same. Her father, Lucious Feir Morningstar, caresses her head and whispers telepathically to her. "Do not let your humanity affect your thoughts. Throw out the demon soul and use it for your favour." and she answers her father "Demons does not have soul, but this one, don't worry dad, the old Sarah is gone."

Krivake; Please! I beg you!

Sarah M.; You will pay me with your soul and blood. You are half demon and half human, right? It means you are not an honest follower to carry the knowledge of power.

Sarah M. opens the demon's chest with her big nails(paw), draws a strange symbol, and then rips out the demon's heart and soul.

Sarah M.; Done. Much better.

Sarah M, is half-mortal and half demon too and she needs to complete the last exam waited for years by her followers. Kill herself, but not as the same as when she freed her father to the human world.

Louis Feir M.; My daughter, as you know, for years we wait for this ritual of passage and you need to understand how it works.

Sarah M.; And I will do everything to complete it.

The fog is out and Fabian Blackwell shows the Queen of Hell's corpse to all. Everyone is surprised by the corpse. But it was already predicted to happen as the prophecy says and to complete the ritual. But the Hell doesn't know about it.

Louis Feir M.; NO!

Fabian B.; It is sad, isn't it? You chose Edward and a mortal instead of me and my wife, your pure and faithful followers. You chose a half human and half witch instead of a full witch!

Louis Feri M.; You don't have the right to choose my decisions.

The moment looks sad and shameful, but Blackwell doesn't know that Sarah already drank the blood of immortals, making her a hard target to kill. The deep wound from her neck is attached back with her own spilt blood on the floor. The blood works as a moisturizer and makes her revive again. This time she is furious.

Sarah M.; Fabian Blackwell, traitor and dirty blood or should I say cockroach's blood? How dare you kill your Queen?

Fabian B.; This is not over yet! One day I will have what I want and I will end up with you as I did with your parents!

Sarah M.; Edward and Davina were my parents, but the biological and true father is here, Louis Feir. Then no, you didn't kill my parents, you killed my guardians.

Blackwell doesn't have more excuses or ideas to end up arguing dramatically against the Queen of Hell. Then he decides to escape Hell. This doesn't end up well because he threatened the Queen and is against the Hell rules. Now he is back home with his children(Judas and Judith) and thinks he escaped safe and sound, but for his crime, Louis Feir rips the name Blackwell from the Book of the Beast and burned it. Fabian Blackwell is covered with fire and turns into ashes. His children are watching desperately and try to cast a twin spell, but they are not strong enough to stop a powerful and ancient deity.

At Sunnymoore, everything looks calm and different from Brianna Sullivan's time. She was known as the famous hunter in Hell. Now she lives a normal life with her family in a hotel and wins an amount of money working as a guide at Sunnymoore Historical Museum in the morning and showing the hotel at night. And well, a lot of change, including her last name.

Doorman; Hello Ms, Grendell, how are you?

Brianna G.; I am fine, thanks.

Doorman; There is a package for you and I know you don't like to scan something private for you, but with clients in our hotel, it is better to do the same.

Brianna G.; It is fine, don't worry. I'll pick it up later.

Brianna can't remember what she asked for, but knows is something sent by Xavier or Winter to solve supernatural cases in Sunnymoore. The employees and the doorman can't impound her package after knowing there are weapons and mystic objects inside.

During the hotel walk, Brianna shows some artefacts decoration and answers all the questions in six languages she can speak fluently. After her shift, she goes to pick up her package and runs upstairs to her flat. In her bedroom, a shadow reminds the face of her ex-lover, Angel, and it reveals in front of her trying to pursue her into the darkness.
