FORBIDEN FROM PLAYING FOOTBALL

Victoria had made up her mind about ending her sons career. She even spoke that matter with her parents to back her up. That evening when Marcus came back home he found an Victoria's parents at his home who came to talk to him about that matter. He immediately sat down to listen to what they had to say. They started the conversation about Stefan's football career. Marcus was just chilled listening to what they had to say. He told them to let Stefan do what he likes even if it is not football. Victoria's father being angry said something disrespectful about Ghana. He told him in England its not a must for one to play football as an escape plan. That statement made Marcus very angry he even stormed out of the house. Victoria being very guilty had to go after him to apologize for his fathers words, but Marcus being angry left her hanging. Victoria got angry at what she brought to herself started crying. Her father came to comfort her saying she does not need to cry over that guy. Her father had never approved of his love for Victoria. In no time Stefan arrived brought by the school bus when he entered he saw his mother crying. He walked with his crutches to comfort her. As soon as Victoria saw Stefan she had to wipe her tears. She then welcomed him home and told him to go and take tea. Stefan asked her why she is crying? Victoria had to come up with a lie to cover up. Stefan being so young could not understand anything. Marcus went to sleep in a hotel for the mean time. When it reached 9 pm in the evening Stefan asked where is father? Victoria told him he will come home soon. He needs some time away. Victoria gave him a call. Stefan received it and asked her what she wants? Victoria told him to talk to Stefan, as soon as Stefan received the phone he asked his dad where is he and he knows they should watch a match together. Marcus told him he will not be able to watch with him maybe the next time. Victoria on hearing football took the phone and ended the call. Victoria asked Stefan if today there is a football match being played? Stefan told her a very important game being played today. Victoria told her you are not watching it. I forbid you from playing football or watching, or anything to do with football. Stefan took his crutches and went to his room, Victoria tried to make him understand but Stefan ignored her. When he went to his room he started crying. Victoria felt guilty but inside her she said he will be strong. In the morning when she went to wake him up Stefan was cold towards her, he did not reply any word. Victoria told him to try do something fun like watch a movie or do something else. Stefan did not say a word, he kept quiet. Marcus came back home to visit his son that day. Stefan seeing his father got very happy. He stood up to talk to his father. He asked how the game ended the previous night? Marcus told him the result. Victoria was ease dropping on the two of them. She realized she is messing her relationship with her only son, but she was against the football idea. Afterwards she went to talk to Marcus to ask him to come back home. Victoria even told his father to do an apology. Marcus had to come home for his wife and kid. Even though Victoria still was against his son playing football. She made a phone call to his school forbidding him from engaging in any football activities. She also did not pay the money for his son to play in the under 10 to showcase she did not want anything to do with football. Some brands had also approached Stefan to be the brand ambassador but she declined all the offers. The bad thing was she kept it a secret from Marcus. Stefan was slowly improving and after a while he could walk without crutches. He now needed therapy and to do some training in order to get back to his best. Stefan was more than determined to get back to the pitch, so he worked hard until he was medically cleared to compete once again. He was now ready to get back to the pitch. The next day he went to crystal palace just for a walk. When he checked the roster he saw his name was missing from the squad, he had to ask the sporting director? He was told his mother removed him from the club. That made Stefan more angry at his mother. He had to confront his mother about that issue, but Victoria said everything she did out of love. This time she had crossed the line Stefan left home to go and live with his grandparents. Marcus on hearing that matter had to tell Victoria to apologize and let him do what he loves. It took a lot of persuasion for him to return home but he eventually came back home. Too bad when he was making his comeback it was the festive season and the league was over. He had to wait for the new year.
