Chapter 78: German Assistance Arrives

On April 1, 1901, while Arthur's military reform plan was proceeding vigorously, a fleet arrived majestically at the port of Sydney. Each warship and transport ship flew the black, white, and red tricolor flag of the German Empire.

This fleet was escorting the first batch of German aid, which included a substantial amount of equipment, information, funds, and personnel, totaling 50 million pounds.

It must be acknowledged that Germany attached great importance to and acted swiftly in providing assistance. While there was no news of aid from Britain, Germany had already prepared the first batch of aid and dispatched a fleet to escort it to Sydney.
