Over doing it... maybe...

Lumas was confused, history has written that all skills would be ranked I-SSS and even all the way to EX in Lumas' case, but '100 Illusioned Movements' was without a rank completely… He 'saw' the movements but he couldn't see through them even after straining his eyes to focus on them, each movement seemed unbelievably erratic and wasteful but it's so far from that, the whole thing is just mind numbing.

Letting out a groan as he leaned back into his chair, Lumas looked over his room in the forge seeing various weapons he has forged over his time here littered about. Just as he was about to get up to tidy up his workplace a series of rapid knocks sounded on the door, slowly making his way to the door calling out as he neared

"Hold on, I'll open it in a minute" throwing on a loose shirt and a pair of shorts as he pulled back his hair into a messy bun with his Icepick. As he opened the door he was met with 3 different heads of hair, the one in lead was Stark White. With an uncharacteristic glower growing in his face causing the two behind Bell to shrink back, they've heard the rumors. The man in front of them was the cause of 'The Scar' a place of terror in the dungeon, the monsters that lurk in that area are unnatural. Some crawling up from the lower floors, some either evolved or adapted to the chaotic mana present in the Scar

Seeing Lumas' face contort Bell held his ground as he passed over a hide bag full of floor 1 magic stones "Is this enough for a weapon?", Lumas picked through the bad eyeing each stone before he looked up "You went to the first floor without a weapon?", Bell shook his head "I borrowed one from the training grounds," lifting up a crude iron spear with a slight warp in the shaft, Lumas looked over the weapon before taking it "I'll reforge this, for now this will be your weapon until you make it to the 10th floor, bring me 10 Orc magic stones and I'll make you a weapon"

Seeing Bell nod Lumas closed the door tossing the magic stones into a sheet of black as he pulled a few cups from his 'Item Box' and began making coffee for the girls

=========================================

As the door closed the two behind Bell let out a heavy sigh of relief, as he turned around the two were looking at him like he was crazy

"You know who that is right?" The small cat-kin spoke, the chienthrope seemed like the words were stolen from his throat

"Yea, He's Lumas… He's a pretty cool guy, he helped me train on the way to Oriaro" The two went wide eyed as he spoke the chienthrope hurriedly spoke

"You… you are an apprentice of THE 'Entwined Flame'?!"

"Huh?" Confused Bell spoke out curious about Lumas' alias

"Rumors say he has two flames that are an omen of death themselves, turning everything in its path to ashes. Some say he's a level 2 but there is no possible way that's true, he was on the frontline of the expedition fighting with the executives of Loki Familia, not even to mention he created 'The Scar'"

Bell was floored, he knew Lumas was strong, the bruises that were still littering his body almost a week later proved that, but to think Lumas was truly that strong… it makes sense now a mortal able to create his own Familia… the power he holds must be beyond what Bell could even comprehend

Taking a deep breath Bell slowly let it out internally making a vow that he will meet… no exceed Lumas' expectations… Sebas said Lumas saw something in him, if that's true he needs to prove his worth.

Lumas was currently enjoying a nice cup of coffee with Ais and Susan thinking about whether he should reforge the spear into a halberd or just keep it as a spear, he didn't want to give Bell everything he wanted Bell to come up on his own, with his own strengths. That didn't mean he wasn't going to train him, he just wasn't going to babysit him the whole time. He wanted to see if the strength Bell wants is within his own grasp…

Seeing Lumas falling into a pit of overthinking Susan rested her hand on his shoulder gripping slightly, as he looked up seeing her concerned yet soft smile all his tension leaked from his body, with a smile he stood up pulling her into a hug whispering into her ear

"Thank you…" Picking up the spear Lumas made his way to the anvil, lifting his hammer as he slowly injected scalding hit mana into the spear, as his hammer slammed into the spear the metal seemed to cry out however the hammer didn't slow instead it sped up as Lumas got into a rhythm

Seeing Lumas at his forge, Ais and Susan could tell he truly felt home, the presence surrounding him wholly changed when he was working metal, this presence brought them an unbelievable amount of comfort. Deciding to relish in this comfort the relaxed around the forge making sure to stay out of Lumas' way

After a few hours Lumas quenched the Halberd, the iron shaft of the steel was drawn out and twisted making up the handle, using some spare high purity iron he had Lumas made the blade and added a pike to the tip, using intent and enchanting the shaft was able to slide into itself turning the halberd into a one sided great axe

Lumas waited around until Bell came around to pick up his new weapon, as he waited Lumas began to question if he overdid it… it was a whole new weapon...
