Chapter 6: Asked out

Everything was nice and beautiful, Zhang lan and meng xuminin were always home school but since zhang lan is learning how to be a business woman and to be a business woman,you need to learn everything and graduate.

The whole building made Zhang lan to think about Tang Jun villa in her ex life but in this life,the house hasn't existed yet, Tang Jun used her and became the famous and ruthless billionaire,he took away her dream and made it his, but in this life, she would be the one with the upper hand.

On the hand, meng xuminin was clouded with jealousy, almost all the boys were fawning over Zhang lan, she was just like a shadow blocked away from the glory.

She always hate it when zhang lan was always getting all the praises while they always look down at her just because she isn't from the zhang's and it all their fault she's an orphan. one thing she's happy about is because zhang lan is also an orphan but she always got her grandfather backing.

Meng xuminin looked at her with jealousy and deep hatred,as if sensing someone stare, zhang lan turned around to see meng xuminin staring at her.

Not as if she cared, she continued walking when she bumped into somebody, she looked forward and saw a young handsome guy but if he is near Tang Jun, Tang Jun beat him in looks and height.

Tang Jun is 1.69 while the guy before her looked like 1.64meters just like her. she frowned deeply and was seriously angry at herself for pairing this cute guy with a devil like Tang Jun.

She didn't even know why she was thinking of him,she definitely didn't like Tang Jun but why is she thinking of him. she removed the thought from her mind and looked at the guy that was still standing in her way."yes, what's wrong"she said as the guy blushed while using his hand to rub the back of his head"well,i like you"he said earning a gasp from the onlookers.

Zhang lan definitely didn't want another relationship, she can't get another heart break. she rose her head up high while looking at him"am sorry but my answer is no"she said making everyone gasp again and start gossiping

onlooker 1: she just rejected my prince charming.

onlooker 2: maybe she's new but doesn't give her the right to reject him.

onlooker 3:oh,how i wish i was her,i would have said yes and make everyone know he's mine.

onlooker 4: she's just proud,see how she raises her head like a peacock.

Everyone started agreeing with onlooker 4 but zhang lan didn't care and walked away leaving meng xuminin dumbfounded ' she's new but she got asked out first' meng xuminin thought as her jealousy grew as she watched zhang lan walk away,then followed her since all eyes were on her, looking at her with questioning gaze that says

'is she that proud'

to avoid them, she followed zhang lan with her head down.
